The Meading Room
3470 AZ-82, SonoitaOne of the gems of Sonoita! We were there for the Christmas market. There were a dozen local artisans, a food truck, live music. Huge sprawling green lawn. Tasting room is hip modern and full of local goods for sale.
Meads are fresh tasting with interesting mixes.

Arizona Hops and Vines
3450 AZ-82, SonoitaWhat an amazing find! We stopped by AZ Hops and Vines for the first time and absolutely loved it. The patio was beautiful and dog-friendly, which made it even better. We did a six-wine tasting and loved how each pour was paired with a little chip or treat, such a fun and creative touch. We also ordered the cheese board, which was fantastic and paired perfectly with the wines.
We ended up buying a bottle of their red (and I don’t usually drink red!), but it was that good. I believe we met one of the owners, who was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming, she made us feel right at home. The whole place just has great vibes: relaxed, friendly, and genuine.
We can’t wait to come back! This was our first trip to this part of Arizona, and we’re already counting down the days until our next visit

very good on both counts
is a little tricky to find the pizza place which is inside the winery
this is an amazing value for a high-quality very good pizza
we took it South to the lake and had a great afternoon meal

Copper Brothel Brewery
3112 AZ-83, SonoitaThis place is a chill date spot. Trivia cards on the table, lots of brews to choose from, and good vibes. The food was pricy but the bowl of soup was good--just spicy enough for this white gal. LOL. Nice patio too. I'd recommend for anyone looking to get out and get something new!
