“I was very worried about where to get the AC repaired on my 2012 Dodge Charger, as it is an older car, and I was told it was a very hard, intrticate job for what needed repair. The entire dash needed to be removed and a new part had to be replaced. I didn't want to overpay and I didn't want to have to go back because it wasn't repaired correcty the first time. Carlos did an amazing job, he showed me all the possible parts I could get and the one he recommended based on quality and longevity. He also showed me the old part that I had on my car before and what it looked like. He gave me a whole break down of what he did from start to finish. I will only do work like this on my car with Carlos. He guaranteed a job well done and even reached out later to make sure my AC was still working excellent. I specifically requested my skid plate to be cleaned. I was told he'd request wheel well wash for me and let them know to get the skid plate.Unfortunately it didn't happen. I'll likely come back but just do the basic washes.”
