“Jesus L. the detail manager at this location did an amazing job with my car. I'm on the VIP membership and I explained my predicament to the detail crew. I told them a passenger had spilled a large cup of soda between the seats, and there was a pungent smoke odor of Marijuana. Some time later, and my car looks factory new. The odor? I bet that not even a drug-sniffing dog could find any trace of the smell! This location always does a great job, but they really went above and beyond for me. I'm very appreciative and I'll be coming back again very soon!”
“Firebirds is always loud...energetic. We sat at the bar waiting for the table to be ready and that was fine but when we sat at the table it was hard to hear each other from across the table. It did not ruin the experience at all, just and FYI. My NY Strip was not very well cooked. I asked for it to be medium well and it came back medium rare. Too red for my tastes. The service was excellent. I was on a date so, frankly, the food was secondary. I will be back...next time I'll pay more attention!”

On this night, it was cheaper than Costco on 33rd & Grand. Worth it. I also felt safe getting gas. It wasn't terribly late but it is something to be mindful of.”

I just wanted to drop a quick line to say how much I appreciate your location! It's always so incredibly clean and everything is always perfectly in its place, which honestly makes such a lovely impression every time I visit. You guys really do a fantastic job keeping things looking spick and span.
I did have one tiny observation during my last visit that I thought might be a friendly little heads-up. When the donuts were being restocked in the glass display case, I noticed the same gloved hand used to open the door was then used to pick up and arrange the donuts. I was just thinking that perhaps a gentle reminder to the team to grab tongs for handling the actual donuts themselves would be a super hygienic tweak, just to make sure everything stays extra fresh and sanitary, especially since that glove might have touched other surfaces while opening the case.

“My bf and I stopped in super early one morning on our way to work. We each grabbed a donut and a Pepsi from the fountain. We both agree that they have the best donuts in the valley, hands down. I seriously couldn't believe how delicious and fresh they were. The Pepsi tasted awesome as well. Some places just have better fountain drinks than others, and this is one of those places. The overall selection in the store definitely beats most convenience stores. The store was clean. The cashier was great. He even told me a hilarious joke. I couldn't remember where it was so I scanned my Google timeline so that I can return there. This place is the best. True story.”
“If you shop at Fry's Marketplace for your groceries, you don't want to miss a fillup for your car. The price per gallon is reduced by the amount of groceries you purchased during the month. It's a great way to get cheaper gas. The facility is conveniently located near the Grocery Store and it's very clean. I've been filling my gas tank with the discount ever since I moved here last year. It's a perk that is totally new to me and I love it. Who doesn't want to save on gas.”

“Please Note: this is James Compton using my mother's Google account. I don't yet have one of my own.
There was an incident in which I was short changed by six cents while purchasing a fountain drink at this location. The cashier, Erica, didn't notice until I did. By then the cash register was already closed and she told me she wasn't able to open it again.
Nevertheless, the Gatorade in the fountain machine is wonderful, so I went back the next day to purchase another fountain drink. The same cashier, Erica, assisted me again. I reminded her, while the cash register was currently open, of the incident yesterday in which I was short changed and asked if we could correct that now. While she wasn't presently locked out of the cash register.
Erica made right of the situation when she offered me a six cents discount on the fountain drink that I was now currently purchasing. After that, I was no longer short changed, and I'm grateful to Erica for making right with me on this unfortunate incident. Accidents happen, but most importantly, it was a pleasure to receive good honest business from a store willing to make right of a tragic mistake.
Thank you, Erica, for correcting this matter, and I will certainly be shopping here again. For as long as you have Gatorade in the fountain machine.”

“Experienced 5-star customer service in the Optical department at Sam's club yesterday! Went in with broken nose pads on my glasses asking for help with a possible repair that, as a senior with shaky hands, I couldn't do on my own. I was assured by Barbara that she would be more than willing to assist me. She proceeded with the repair immediately while I waited. She fixed the problem adding new pads and screws, adjusted my glass frames, cleaned the lenses and was beyond helpful to me with a bright and cheerful attitude. Kudos to Sam's Optical for their willingness to help with these, what might be considered "bothersome" repairs, and for having such positive employees like Barbara representing them. Sam's Club is the BEST in my book for their unusual customer service!”

“Gas here is fine. I hate krogers/frys. They over charge for poor quality foods. The bakery sucks. Everything I ever bought there I threw out uneaten. Its a grocery chain. All the food is the same as everywhere else. There's is the going rate. Its just the only supermarket in the neighborhood for 50 years! So its kinda the only place to go. Gas is great. Easy to get. No lines. Standard pricing. Get deals with a shopping card. Everyone knows that. I hate those stupid figures they uae to represent people too. Just hate kroger/frys. Wish there was a bashas out here.”
