“I wish people realized that the pump hoses are like bungee cords. They will fit to the other side of the car. Sometimes there are lanes that are jam-packed but others that you can't get to because the lines are long. I get it, some people don't want to pull the hose over their car! Just push up more and it should go around the back. Can't blame Costco for this but more lanes would definitely help like the nearby Buckeye location. Love that they're open later than the store for refueling needs and early mornings. Worth the membership for cheaper gas!”

“The baked potatoes were cold. Manager brought fresh ones to the table, but they were cold on top but bottom of potato was warm.I believe they have a problem with the warming oven for the potatoes. I was with two other people who had the loaded baked potatoes as a side with their steaks. I had the mashed potatoes and they were very hot and very good.”

“Took advantage of the lower price, (thanks gas buddy app!!!), the Safeway reward for buying groceries, the convenient location, & the very well lit parking lot. On this night, it was cheaper than Costco on 33rd & Grand. Worth it. I also felt safe getting gas. It wasn't terribly late but it is something to be mindful of.”

“Always fulky staffed, never a long wait if you need to use the in person cashier. It is, in all honesty, one of the best Safeway's in the area with great product selection and freshness.”

“I stopped into the Circle K location, not the most up-to-date store, but the cashier had a great attitude and was very helpful. Not to mention the service guy fixing my coffee machine, Redd was so Hard-working and you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. I was so relieved to see him there fixing the machine being a customer that gets an iced coffee literally 3 to 5 times a day lol I hope Circle K knows they got to great employees working over here”

“Experienced 5-star customer service in the Optical department at Sam's club yesterday! Went in with broken nose pads on my glasses asking for help with a possible repair that, as a senior with shaky hands, I couldn't do on my own. I was assured by Barbara that she would be more than willing to assist me. She proceeded with the repair immediately while I waited. She fixed the problem adding new pads and screws, adjusted my glass frames, cleaned the lenses and was beyond helpful to me with a bright and cheerful attitude. Kudos to Sam's Optical for their willingness to help with these, what might be considered "bothersome" repairs, and for having such positive employees like Barbara representing them. Sam's Club is the BEST in my book for their unusual customer service!”

“While it can be hard to find an empty pump at this busy station it is an easy in and out back on to the 303. It’s a smaller station but prices are fair for the area. It’s a plus if you also need groceries and not have to leave the lot. It’s a walk up and pay window option, but no inside store. You can buy some drinks, snacks etc at the window if not paying at the pump.”

“My whole family's experience with this Circle K has always been awesome. We've always been greeted no matter how many customers are in the store, They also know and remember all of our names and then if something is not working/out of order or if it just stated acting funny or something like they always always do 100%+ to make up for it.”
16247 W Bell Rd, Surprise AZ 85374
“St lunchtime, when the store has good workers on duty, it can rival a sit down restaurant meal. The $3 Meal Deal with hot dog, drink, and chips is just enough. However, you can still add a sweet treat or two.”

“Fill your RV propane here! We were driving from place to place but no one could fill the propane tank attached to our RV, we pulled up along side the propane silo and the guy came right up and helped us..”

“Andrea and chanekia greeted me with a warm smile that made my day go by so well I appreciate them for being such good employees and taking initiative to make sure the customer feels welcome and love you need more employees like this”

“I really like this Circle K… the store is clean and the staff is always friendly. My only ongoing issue is with the taquito labels. I specifically go for the cheesy pepper jack taquitos, but several times now the labels haven’t matched what’s actually in the warmer, so I end up getting a completely different flavor once I get home. It’s frustrating because there’s no way to tell until you take a bite. I love the product and will keep coming back, I just wish the taquitos were placed in the correct labeled spots so customers know what they’re buying.”
12299 W Bell Rd, Surprise AZ 85374
“Grabbed a couple items and was out fast. Could have been better, could have been worse. Didn't actually have the one item I went for, but that's life. I left satisfied in the end.”
15505 W Bell Rd, Surprise AZ 85374
“I want to give some recognition to Gerald who works there. The man seems happy and reflects a positive attitude and his customer service is refreshing. I went to get my propane tank filled and he was polite and as busy as he was, he made sure to help me out. If his manager or supervisor sees this, please reward him because he’s a great worker and deserves everything that comes his way. I don’t know the man but I have a really good feeling about him that he is a major asset to anyone!”

“Been fueling up here for over 16 years now. My husband says the Techron is good for my car. It is a 2016 and still looks and runs like new so maybe it is doing something? The location is clean though I rarely ever go inside. The car wash is way over priced. They have new pumps with screens that play ads. They have propane here, but they do not fill up after dusk and that can be as early as 4pm depending on who is working so I just exchange elsewhere now. Free air right before the car wash which is cool! Gas is higher here than most places, maybe it is better I am not sure, but they are always busy!”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

Read the postTexas-born Buc-ee's is changing the way people think about gas stations and convenience stores. This chain is known for its huge stores along highways, some with over 100 fuel pumps. With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
