“Natalie is beyond terrific with patiently and efficiently helping me through the most frustrating Amazon return process over the phone and having to box an item that couldn’t be disassembled into its original shipping box. She even did it all past the closing time while I was still on the phone and wrote the supervisor’s difficult Indian name down on my receipt for me. All with a sweet gracious attitude. I’ve used this store repeatedly for returns and they’ve always been helpful and friendly. And I’m always at the end of their day. By far my favorite UPS store anywhere.”

“We have had a PO Box at this store for 15 plus years. The owners and employees are great, always helpful. We live 5 miles away and didn't switch to a closer location because we like everything about the owner's, employees, and store. Just a top notch quality experience all around. I highly recommend this UPS Store to my family and friends.”

“Huge shoutout to Hayden and Lauren at the UPS Store on Lake Pleasant & Happy Valley! I stopped in right before closing on 7/20/26, and they were absolutely outstanding. They were efficient, informative, kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me. This is exactly the kind of customer service you hope to find at your local UPS Store. Honestly, these two should be in a UPS commercial—they’re that good! Thank you both for making what could have been a rushed, end-of-day visit such a great experience. It didn’t go unnoticed, and it’s very much appreciated!”

“They are always quick! I have sent way more amazon returns than I would like to admit, I am always ready with my qr code or I even print out the label if I have multiple. Be kind to these had workers and they are kind back. Today was my first time need a notary and they do that too! I made an appointment online easily but if the notary is there, I imagine you wouldn't need to. It was only $10 per signature and was done immediately. Thanks guys!!”
