Unfortunately, the Evernorth practice is now part of the Honorhealth Group. I had my hip replaced 3 years ago and was hospitalized. My experience was horrible. They did not allow me to see my sirgeon and the 2 VM msgs I left for my sirgeon wanting answers were never responded to. there was no patient advocacy or grievance program and the surgery Scheduler who changed my follow up dr appt to a PA without informing me was outright rude to me refusing to schedule me said the dr no longer saw patients, that he only did surgeries Which was quickly proven that she was a liar by another patient.

Never go back to Dr Werner again! He was super nice until I lost 1/2 of my blood and wanted answers abt why I was hospitlaized , then I got no answers, he avoided me, and when I finally confronted him why his scheduler did not allow me to see him, he denied it and said I could see him any time. One of them was lying! I don’t wish my experience on any one! I didn’t like the whole process of having to consult my medical friends for post op care and concerns. The only reason the scheduler finally caved in and gave me a “Limited time” appt with dr Werner was bec I was turned down for a consultation appt with another surgeon to get answers b/c they told me my surgeon had an obligation to provide care for a year post op. They didn’t want to treat another doctor’s problem either and told me to insist on getting care from my own surgeon!. The scheduler Kelly told me point blank …” and don’t be going around spreading telling stories! How obnoxious!” She just didn’t want her bad behavior to be reported in google!”
“Really amazing people that work here. I've brought my son who is autistic and has DS. He needs to be held down by 3-4 people to get his blood drawn. Each time we go , they're always caring of his needs and are quick and efficient. We so appreciate them caring for our son.”

I can honestly say this was the best blood draw I’ve ever had. Jen was professional, kind, and incredibly skilled she made the entire process quick, smooth, and completely painless.
She found my vein on the first try (which never happens!) and chatted with me the whole time, which really helped me relax. Before I knew it, we were done no pain, no bruising, just a positive experience from start to finish. :))

“I went in around 10:20 and it was really busy, but the staff was very efficient and got everyone moved along as quickly as possible. I was there to have blood drawn without an appt and spent about an hour there altogether. The staff was all very welcoming and professional, and just as a side note, they will accept lab work that was assigned to another company (in my case, my provider assigned it to Labcorp but Sonora Quest was able to process it instead). “The team here did an amazing job when my 1 year old had to get labs drawn. Kudos to Tara who helped me out today when I was in a bind as a patient. I also deliver specimens here for my job. Staff are always pleasant, professional and helpful. Only complaint is they should go back to 2 staff members and really disappointed they stopped drawing on Saturdays.”

“I had a really good experience here this morning. If you are coming in on Saturday GET HERE AT 7:30 AT LEAST TO WAIT lol. Yes, they do take walk ins and I would honestly avoid making an appointment online entirely and just go as early as possible.
Granted, I was only here to pick up a lab test I was still nervous something would go wrong. One of the employees helped everyone check in and explained my test to me without making me feel rushed she was so sweet I didn't catch her name.”
