OfficeMax had everything I was looking for, and I was able to find it quickly and check out without any delays. The store wasn’t busy, and I received prompt assistance, which was great.
However, I did notice quite a few open or damaged packages on the shelves. A quick cleanup or walkthrough would really help improve the overall shopping experience.”

She is very skilled at her job and I super appreciated it. Laura is now my go-to gal at FedEx and I always go to her location whenever I need a job done. But I keep my receipts and calls customer service for Amazon to let them know that I turned it in at the ups store. It could be laziness when they do what they have to do, but I’ve never been charged because I called which is an inconvenience.”
“We came in a half an hour before closing with two large packages of a deceased relative’s belongings we had to ship tonight. AJ & Spencer were unbelievably kind, compassionate and efficient, they explained everything so thoroughly, including pricing, tracking, and estimated delivery. It was honestly incredible customer service considering we both were struggling emotionally due to the circumstances. This is what 5 star service looks like and they both deserve recognition.”
