One particular Member Service Officer, Julissa, has spent a lot of time teaching me about banking concepts that I had never heard of before, such as credit card transfer checks. She is amazingly expert and incredibly patient with me, and today taught me how to use the QR code! Thanks again to all Aero FCU employees who I’ve worked with - from (3) new Toyota loans, to setting up my savings and checking accounts, to learning QR codes! Don’t change a thing! She was attentive and listened to my situation then clarified what I was asking then proceeded to address each one patiently and with sincere empathy. At the end of that process, she asked so nicely if I knew about some products that could maximize my earnings. She then explained in understandable language, all the options. She was able to make fixes in realtime, and ask each time had all my concerns been addressed and fixed. All the issues had been, and more that I had been needing to look into. She is so knowledgeable about SW products and service, but more importantly she is kind and sincere. That just is not the norm now a days. “The customer service at this credit union and branch is amazing. We went to this credit union for a car loan. The process was quick, easy and painless. Long story short , Larry H Miller Toyota screwed us and we had to return the brand new vehicle and get our check back, have a new check written for a different car dealer. Our representatives at SunWest took care of everything for us with no hassles! I would definitely recommend banking here ! I would also recommend never using Larry Miller Toyota in Peoria. They are shady and not trustworthy, use the Toyota dealer in Surprise- excellent customer service.”

“I had a lot of things that Desert Financial had to do for me, including changing my beneficiaries on my accounts since we did a living will. I had to get a new debit card, change a savings account to a new money market account and get a safety deposit box. Kim helped us through all of these. We have had numerous auto loans through Desert Financial and we have been very happy with them throughout the last 35 years .”

“It is a very easy location to find the services I request are always done by a happy customer service rep, the banking, and the quality and the value of the service is amazing. I will be transferring my bank from Seattle to this credit union as I find their customer service exceeds much better than sound credit union. Yes, they also offer share thinking again it's a great bank, but it's the agent that really makes the business what it is. I'm very happy to come here.
