“Good afternoon , I just want to say Ashtyn is one of the best sales reps who has helped me since i'v been with Verizon for over 16 years. He helped me understand everything that was changing when adding a line to my account. He also did go thought everything that was going to benefit me in the long run and save me money. Please get more reps like Ashtyns . Everything was so smooth , I was in and out the store .I will refer all my friends and family to this location in sun city .”
“So I went in to buy a phone today, Mary made it an easy transaction and explained everything's that would take place in detail. But the reason I give 4 stars is mainly for Miguel and the acting manager at the time. A customer they were trying to help cursed them out with every word. That customer was slamming stuff on the counter and both tmobile reps kept their professionalism as he had his toddler tantrum due to the price of a phone. As an employed person myself, I would expect never to have to deal with some one constantly speaking to me like that. I had to hold my tongue. I wanted to tell the reps "DO NOT HELP HIM! HOW ARE U ASKING FOR HELP BY CURSING AND YELLING?" I don't like that the manager requires their employees to endure this type of behavior. As soon as that customer called them out their names, he should've been asked to leave. That protocol should really be a topic in your next meeting.”

He really knows his stuff and I would recommend dealing with Nico on any new phones or devices. He also saved me a bunch of money on, my bill just by looking at it and figuring out what the best option was for me to save”

“Any provider can provide good internet service, but what make Wyyerd different is amazing customer service. I've never had to wait more than a minute, if that. When you call, you only have two options, not a nested menu of options that take time to work through. Option 1 is help if the service is down or you're having problems and option 2 is all other issues. Then a very short notice that the call is recorded.When you talk to a person, they're always friendly and helpful. I recommend Wyyerd to anyone looking to purchase or change internet providers.”

I ported my number in from a competitor who was giving me too much run around and I’m grateful that Sylvia and her store manager were there for me in my time of need. Not only did they help me get into a new phone and plan for an amazing rate, they got me into an iPhone 13!!!! I am in LOVE with this phone and the price point! The competitor company was giving me so much drama I was worried these guys at boost mobile was going to give up on me and tell me to go somewhere else. They did not!

“This is one of only 3 or 4 corporate stores in the whole valley, All the other t mobile stores are kiosks/ Franchise stores. I always go out of my way to come to the store for the last 20 years Because of the professionalism of the employees which is way above what the kiosk stores can offer.”
