“As we were starting to use our AC in mid May, we discovered it wasn't cooling well. Went to AZ Auto Air because of the reviews. Just like the reviews, I got awesome, honest service. They said there was a very slow leak, refilled the freon and said to watch it. To come back in a year or if it stops cooling again instead of talking me into an expense replacement. It's now mid November and all is still cooling well. It worked great through our record breaking summer.”

I chose 3-D because they are a certified provider in the state's VVRP program to contribute up to $900 (after a $100 deductible) to fix emissions problems, and because of Yelp reviews. My F150 failed emissions because rant/ Ford didn't fix or even tell me about a required emissions computer update. Dave diagnosed this quickly and called Ford about a recall to see if they would fix it. It's not part of a recall even though without this update, the vehicle cannot be legally driven and would therefore be useless. /end rant I had the truck back the next business day, and after going through a couple of drive cycles to retrain the emissions computer, Dave verified it would pass emissions, which it did.”

“I turned on my car’s AC and was met with warm air. Not cool! Fortunately, it was late fall and I had some time to get it fixed before the hot summer temperatures rolled back in.Adam worked to price match a lower estimate I got from another service place. He also pointed out a few things from the other estimate that didn’t seem to make sense, like replacing hoses that didn’t need replacing while not replacing the flux capacitor that it did need (or whatever he called it - I’m not an auto expert). Either way, I felt more comfortable going with Adam and his crew.My AC is blowing cold like it should now. I also got a buy 2, get 2 deal on tires and an oil change. “These guys are amazing. We had issues with our Mercedes Sprinter Van 3500 over the weekend while on our roadtrip. Weird crunchy noises from the drivers side front wheel. Called them up at 7am on Monday and they had us in immediately. Diagnosed the issue within an hour and we were back on the road by 1pm with new brake rotors sorted.
