“After having all shocks and struts replaced and leaving the parking lot the transmission shaft gear casting shear off. Iconic Goodyear in Mesa, AZ fixed the transmission in three hours, contacted my extended warranty company who paid for the repair less the $100 deductible and the manager paid my deductible for the inconvenience I incurred. How much more can I praise this company.”
“This survey is specifically for Chase Peterson who went above and beyond to take care of my car which is the main mode of transportation for my large family. He drove the car himself and did everything he could to come up with a solution. He was available by phone or text and always called back or got back to me in less than 10 minutes. When I came in, he had a rental for me or my car ready in the lot. Even though it was difficult to find what was wrong with my car, he did everything he could and had multiple people look at it. This has been my best experience with Kia service anywhere in the valley, and because of Chase, we will keep coming back to Horne.”
“I thought their service was quite nice. I went in to get my ac fixed. I needed an ac extraction and recharge. The reason I give four instead of five stars is because their machine automatically started doing the extraction and recharge before I confirmed I wanted the service done. I had explicitly asked they do not do that. However if I wanted my AC fixed then it had to be done regardless. If I was in a not so great financial situation it would’ve been a much bigger deal. Just a fair warning to others going here. Other than that every single person in there was super nice. They have many ASE certified technicians. They checked everything I wanted them to and they took pictures of it all for me. And also they provided a Lyft service so they drove me to school and picked me up from there since they had my car.”

“August 17, 2026. These people are professional. Let’s just say I’ve been having my Toyota Service at the Toyota place. They did it once over on my vehicle and fortunately caught my starter battery before I would’ve been stuck on the road today. Standard batteries, even starter batteries and hybrid. Vehicles only have a life of 2 to 3 years in Arizona. Mine was five years old this month, I would’ve been stranded if they did not do the proper inspections and replaced it for me. Very trustworthy unreasonable”
“Absolutely recommend The Pit Stop. I booked on their website late on Sunday night and got a response from Brandon that night. Scheduled for him to come out to my home on Tuesday. Due to work, I was unable to commit to the time we agreed upon and he was so understanding and agreed to come back later that day. Was done in less than 30 minutes. So communicative and professional. He updated me on all the work done, all questions were answered, and he was on his way. With such a hectic work schedule and trying to stay on top of my car maintenance, this is such an amazing idea and so convenient, easy and fast while I’m in my house working away. “My car had failed emissions and I immediately called chandler west auto. I called and spoke to David. He said bring it in and we’ll take a look. I was there quick because they’re right next to the emissions place. David looked at my car, went and grabbed the mechanic Matt and Matt snapped the part that was loose back in. I was back at emissions within 15 minutes from when I called them and passed. David was super nice and helpful. I appreciate the help they both gave me. Thank you so much!!”
“I called around all day trying to find someone who could help with a pedal adjustment issue. My pedals were stuck, and I kept getting the runaround from different shops. Most places wanted around $200 just for a diagnostic fee, and the Chevy dealership told me it would be two weeks before they could even look at the vehicle. Needless to say, it was frustrating and not very helpful.
I then called The Car Guy of Chandler, and Gene answered the phone right away. I explained the issue, and he told me to come down and he would take a look at it. When I arrived, he immediately stopped what he was doing to help me.
Within minutes he checked the pedals and got them working again. I was honestly in awe and extremely grateful. He likely saved me hundreds—if not close to $1,000—in unnecessary diagnostic fees, labor, and parts replacement.
