They are kind, empathetic, fairly priced and extremely professional.The front office staff is so amazing. When I had to put down one of my babies I was all by myself. I ask one of the front office ladies to be with me with big tears in my eyes. I didn’t know her but she was there for me when I needed it the most! “I was apprehensive at first glance, but once I spoke with one of the employees, I was reassured and I knew our dog was in good hands. The surgery was affordable and the staff were friendly. The only issue we had was that we had paid for a cone for post surgery and they gave us one that was far too large for our dog. It ended up being a waste of money.”

“We've been going to Prestige Animal Clinic for several years with our beloved black lab. In 2019 he passed away and it took us a few years to be ready to adopt again. We decided we were ready and rescued another lab from the county pound. The first week home she started getting sick. I called Prestige and was able to get a same day appointment for her even though it had been a few years. From the initial call to the end of the visit the staff and doctors were amazing, patient and very helpful. They took the time to listen to all our concerns with our new baby, were very patient with her (she is still scared/nervous) and even had techniques to work with her to be able to perform the much needed exams. We saw Dr. Gordan for the first time and she was amazing. She and the vet staff took the time to explain all the recommended tests and gave us options on which ones we should do now verses later (if needed). I didn't feel pressured in any way, just heartfelt concern for my puppy. I'm happy to report my baby is doing much better after a few days on the medication. Thanks Prestige Animal Clinic.”

“Our first time at Dobson Ranch vets. Our girl was there to be spayed. The second we walked in the door we were greeted with a smile and welcome. All instructions before and after her care was clearly explained and our questions answered. The staff is amazing. Dr. McReynolds spectacular. It was awesome that she made a follow up phone call checking on her the next day. Our son and daughter recommended them to us and we are surely blessed that we did and now they are apart of our family. Each and everyone of them are caring, loving and understanding. “My mare had arthritis in her right front pastern joint. She would get short term relief with steroid injection followed by gel injections. She was partially bone on bone in the joint. I interviewed several surgeons before selecting Dr Howard at Az equine!!I could not be happier with my choice!! My mate had surgery today for arthrodesis of the pastern joint.His entire staff makes you feel welcome and explain procedures prior to and after the surgery. Dr Howard spent time answering my email questions as wellAs meeting with me at my request prior to the surgery. Today was a big day but they were very professional and my mare did great!!I myself work in surgery so I was able to watch through a large window they treated my mare with kid gloves!!!They have great sterile technique and Dr Howard came out when she was in recovery room to tell me he was pleased with how it went. She is in a fiberglass cast and he showed me the X-rays of the screw placement!!!I had been told to euthanize her but she has no other issues so I eould not even consider that!I can’t say enough great things about this place and my experience with DLL of the staff!!It’s clean and they take great care of your horse!!Highly recommend Dr Howard and AZ Equine!A very very happy horse ownerAnn”
