“This is an update from must my 5 star rating. I went to the Surprise store and was helped by two young men that were extremely helpful. I went there after I had a safety check on my car and it showed my 2 year old Interstate battery was having some major problems and strongly suggested I replace the battery. After seeing the test report I knew I still had warranty coverage on the battery and went to the Surprise Interstate Center off Litchfield Road and was pleasantly greeted by the manager of the store and one of his staff who seemed very happy to help and did some testing confirming I did have a bad battery and thankfully replaced for me. I have been dealing with Interstate for many years now and always happy with their service. This Service Center was particularly good though and thought I would give them a thank you shout for their considerate attitude and work.”
“I needed to charge a battery that was low, and Matt was so helpfut, he took it out and I had a full charge in 20 mins! At no $$$! Matt reinstalled the battery, and boom on my way. Matt was so pleasant ?”

“This is my go to shop when the parts are available. On this trip I was disappointed. They said they had the part, arrived to find they didnt have the part even though the computer said they did. Received an appology and was told the part could be ordered and it would arrive in the afternoon. Luckily Autozone had the part and I was able to help a stranded motorist get back on the road. 60-70 times I have used this location and never had a problem. They get 5 stars. One bad trip there still my go to store.”
