“Been here plenty of times. The staff is great and helps you as soon as you walk in the door. My last trip there was about a week ago one night when it was pouring rain. My windshield wipers were not doing the job and I couldn’t see that well through the rain. I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in. They asked what I was looking for, when I said wipers they immediately started helping. They had the correct wipers out before I could even begin to look through the book. The manager even helped me by putting one on so I wouldn’t have to be in the rain as long.”

“This is a review for a person that worked here 4 years ago. This is not new.Nice clean store and friendly staff. Tim helped me today and he really took the time to make sure I knew what I was doing. He also made sure that I had EXACTLY what I needed to get the job done right the first time. Tim is extremely knowledgeable about the products and that knowledge saved me from having to go to a mechanic where they would have drained my bank account. He literally saved me hundreds of dollars. It is nice to know that there are still honest people in the car parts industry. The transaction was more like getting help from a family member, not a business. “I needed a new battery for my 2 year-old SUV. I called the local car dealer where I bought the vehicle and the earliest service appointment was in 6 or 7 days. Plus, the battery I needed was currently not in stock. The service manager suggested I check with Costco and BatteriesPlus. Costco also did not have the battery, but my favorite BatteriesPlus store did! Michael took my call and he put my name on the battery. When I came to buy the battery, around 90 minutes after my phone call, Sheila helped me through the purchase process and then showed me, in detail, how to install the new battery. I have gone to this BatteriesPlus store for many years and have asked for help with some pretty bizarre battery needs. This team has never let me down! Thank you!”
