CVS Pharmacy in Surprise is a full-service pharmacy with experienced and helpful pharmacists. The location can get very busy, with pharmacy lines that can be crazy long. While several employees are seen running around, sometimes only one register is open, which bogs down the process, especially if there is a question about medication or insurance. The phones can also get bogged down when the store is very busy. The staff, however, are always kind, helpful, and provide extraordinary service. They work quickly to fill prescriptions, even close to closing time, and efficiently handle transfers for refills. They are noted for being really nice and processing requests with impressive speed. It is suggested to call in prescriptions ahead and not expect immediate pick-up. The pharmacy offers services like vaccines, savings searches, and online Rx management.

I came right from urgent care for a prescription and I knew it wouldn’t be ready yet but I live out near Buckeye/waddell with no pharmacies near me I can use with my insurance… so I was prepared to wait. I explained my situation and they had my prescription ready so fast and were really nice about the whole thing!
