“Definitely better than Walgreens. My insurance changed Walgreens to not accepted so I had to find a new pharmacy. Imagine my surprise when I discovered I actually didn't have to wait up to FIVE DAYS for my scripts to be filled. Basha's always has them ready same day, sometimes the same hour. So glad my insurance changed.”

“I find this store a little high in prices.I typically have to shop the ads, but I like it for convenience of a little neighborhood store. The day staff is absolutely phenomenal. Always very helpful and friendly, i wish I could say the same for the evening staff. They're much more i'll call it unprofessional, and not as helpful, in fact, i've walked out of there shaking my head frustrated. The self checkout seems to have more glitches than other grocery stores. I will go through the cashier at this store. The management staff has always been very friendly & helpful. They remind me of the old Lucky's store I worked at.”

“Last evening my husband needed medication like NOW. His doctor sent and called the prescription to this Walmart. By the time I arrived, it was ready. Charles helped me at the register. He was efficient as well as kind. Emily tutored me on administering the medication. After giving my husband the medication, me being 80 years old, I couldn't remember someone here instructions. I called, Charles answered, and swiftly put Emily on the phone. She was so patient and informed me that she would working the next day and call anytime. These people have not forgotten what service is all about. Thank you Walmart, I am not exaggerating when I say you probably saved my husband's life.”

“Racist woman came to the pharmacy without her insurance card and did not try to get the information herself. The technician was helping her already . She Yelled across the pharmacy to the pharmacist that he had to call her insurance. It does not take a pharmacist to call the insurance, The tech would have helped her but she was out of control. Then complains about the people working.”

“I have renewed respect for my neighborhood Walgreens, now that they have had long term, friendly and efficient employees. It always makes me smile when I see Myrna at the front checkout. And Ari in photo is very knowledgeable. And if I need beauty product advice, Rhada is amazing. I am so glad to notice less of a turnover and a cleaner store, inside and out!”

“I went to this location a few times & always received great & friendly service. All items are in stock & label well though out the store. The locations have scan & go service where you can setup the account via your app & have your credit card information to scan all your groceries items & pay. Also have self checkout area paying w/ your credit card only for our groceries & regular checkout's as well. Also their gas station is available for members which is usually .20 or more cheaper than other locations. If you would like affordable food & or sweets combo's are available for hotdog w/ soda, pizza w/ soda, ice cream, slushes, pretzel and churros. My suggestion would be for the food area to offer real nacho cheese for pretzels, and possibly offer nachos as well.”

“Experienced 5-star customer service in the Optical department at Sam's club yesterday! Went in with broken nose pads on my glasses asking for help with a possible repair that, as a senior with shaky hands, I couldn't do on my own. I was assured by Barbara that she would be more than willing to assist me. She proceeded with the repair immediately while I waited. She fixed the problem adding new pads and screws, adjusted my glass frames, cleaned the lenses and was beyond helpful to me with a bright and cheerful attitude. Kudos to Sam's Optical for their willingness to help with these, what might be considered "bothersome" repairs, and for having such positive employees like Barbara representing them. Sam's Club is the BEST in my book for their unusual customer service!”

“We fill most of our prescriptions here as well as our dogs. I find that the prices are usually the cheapest in the area, and the wait is very quick. I like that they have the option for drive-thru in case you don't need to run into the store for anything. I like the people who work here...they are polite and always go the extra distance to help you in terms of using benefits, working with your insurance, and recommending options if something isn't quite working out for you insurance-wise. There have been several times where things have gotten mixed up between the doctor, insurance, and the pharmacy, and this Walmart pharmacy has always been the source that helps sort it out.”

“Hi, good morning I just wanted to leave my input. I wanted to give a special thanks out to Tiana and her co worker who usually works with her. I’m really sorry I didn’t catch your name. She has really pretty hair sometimes it’s colored I believe, but her co worker who usually works with her just wanted to give a good shout out to them both. They are really great and so awesome at what they do they go above and beyond to always try to help me. I have had trouble with other pharmacy workers there due to their abilities of knowledge, but I will say they do try to help so I appreciate them as well but big kudos out to Tiana and her coworker She’s usually working withThey’ve helped me wonders And I am so very grateful for them thank you thank you thank you”

“This group at this store have all went out of the way to serve me. They have called my doctor to get meds when doctor did not send in prescription in when needed. They have correct doctors error about mixing drugs that did not go together well. They text me when they have prescriptions ready. They have quickly filled a prescription when I have hand carried it in. I have never waited for pickup more than a few minutes. You can order on line and get the order the next day. Also me and my wife have got out flu shots there. They give great service and are very busy but take time for you. What more could you ask.”

“This location is one block away from another location by our home. This one has a medical office now built into it. When you walk in the front door you can chose left for medical or right to Walgreens for pharmaceutical. What will they think of next. Pretty smart idea. I love that it is new, bright, and clean. It seems larger than others, but is less busy for some reason. Employees here are super nice.”

“The pharmacist Jennie Dotson helped me with a consultation today. With policies changing on women's health, I noticed her eagerness to learn something new and I am very thankful and appreciative. Other pharmacies wouldn't even give me the time of day and told me to go elsewhere. Jennie's kindness and compassion made me feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you Jennie! ❤️”

“Had a awesome checkout experience today with Rodolfo. Wanted to call him out by name...sadly it's the negative reviews only that get any attention. He was kind, helpful and attentive and immediately jumped in to help me at the register. Lovely young man. He did an even better job of explaining coupons to me...CVS corporate is awful anymore. The gal working whose name I didn't catch was also nice. To the front of the store, keep up the good work. The pharmacy is hit and miss, I prefer the veteran techs. Hugs and kudos to the front from the Phoenician!”
