“We came in looking for a certain pair of shoe, but they did not have what we were looking for. They do offer a good selection of hiking and workout items. Store was pretty clean and organized. Service at the counter was good, we left with a few clothing items for a good deal.”
“I’m writing this review for Jasmine, the tatted lady. I work at the nearby Target Optical, and I asked if I could place items on hold after my lunch alarm went off on me, but she was kind enough to simply check me out despite the long line. Thank you, Jasmine!”
“Experienced 5-star customer service in the Optical department at Sam's club yesterday! Went in with broken nose pads on my glasses asking for help with a possible repair that, as a senior with shaky hands, I couldn't do on my own. I was assured by Barbara that she would be more than willing to assist me. She proceeded with the repair immediately while I waited. She fixed the problem adding new pads and screws, adjusted my glass frames, cleaned the lenses and was beyond helpful to me with a bright and cheerful attitude. Kudos to Sam's Optical for their willingness to help with these, what might be considered "bothersome" repairs, and for having such positive employees like Barbara representing them. Sam's Club is the BEST in my book for their unusual customer service!”

“They had a very big kids shoe section compared to other stores. Very helpful in finding a variety of options. Overall it had a good selection of all areas. The staff was friendly and there was room to move. It's Ross so some things are a really good deal. Definitely was worth stopping in at.”

“Typically not a fan of Burlington, but we decided to stop in and check this location out. I was surprised at how clean and organized it was. One of the main reasons I haven’t cared for them in the past is because it’s always such a mess. Service was good. We were greeted right away upon entering and were able to find quite a few things for a decent price.”

“Staff members aren’t as friendly as you would expect them to be.
I understand it’s Black Friday weekend, and it sucks for them, but being by friendly isn’t hard.
The store did have a lot of items on sale. Just not stuff I need though.”
