“A few weeks ago my husbands phone all of a sudden wanted a password when initially my husband never set one up. After searching various uTube clips we just could not figure this problem out. I suggested we go to Cellairis inside Walmart in Surprise due to I myself had a great experience with them on another issue in the past.We met Miko who was a godsend! “The staff were friendly and professional. I’ve had some bad experiences when having to go into a Verizon store and was totally prepared for my experience at this store to be the same. I was very surprised and how helpful the staff were and I did feel like they helped me maximize my savings on a new device. The only issue which I’ve experienced was that I set up an appointment online and received a text saying that my appointment was scheduled. When I arrived at the store they didn’t have an appointment scheduled for me and I had to wait to get helped.”
