“We worked with Shelby. She was very helpful, calm, and dedicated to her job. She went out of her way to assist us. It took 2 1/2 hours for her to get some help. She stayed positive and professional. Thank you, Shelby for your help!”

“A few weeks ago my husbands phone all of a sudden wanted a password when initially my husband never set one up. After searching various uTube clips we just could not figure this problem out. I suggested we go to Cellairis inside Walmart in Surprise due to I myself had a great experience with them on another issue in the past.We met Miko who was a godsend! After explaining our problem with the phone and to make a long story short he was able to perform a factory reset and VOILA problem solved! Thanks Miko and God Bless You!”

“I should have done this over 2 years ago. I want to highlight a team member at this Surprise location that deserves some recognition. Stephanie has consistently gone above and beyond when it has come to mine and my families cellular and tech needs. Professional, down to Earth, knowledgeable, and skilled, Stephanie simply does not disappoint. I have come to her with unique problems and she has been able to critically think and deftly navigate them, finding solutions that best fit my situation on every single occasion. There has been more than a few now. “Five Stars” doesn’t do her justice- In short, if I could give SIX Stars I would. She’s simply that good at what she does. To Stephanie: Thank you for instilling this confidence and making my experience pain-free and enjoyable. I have been all over the United States; and with that, I have worked with a number of Verizon employees. They should ALL take a page from your playbook. I will end with this: (Pay attention Verizon) These experiences I have had, working with Stephanie are largely why I have stayed with Verizon. Thanks again, Stephanie”

“I was in this Verizon twice this week to get some support. I didn't even need to buy anything more than the protective cover for my phone. He spent so much time with me both times, and was so kind and helpful. Be sure to ask for Aramis. He won't disappoint.”
