“Prices are getting too high. A few more price increases and looking for different storage will be an optional. Service is just so so. Security is average, grounds are most of the time kept clean. Lots of abandoned vehicles. Wonder if they are paying????”

“I just started renting a unit at smartstop and so far everything has been great! The manager of the store is very nice and answers all questions you may have. The prices are really reasonable especially for the space and for an indoor climate controlled one. My house is also close by to my unit so I don’t have to drive super far just to access it. Overall, I think it’s a great place if you’re looking for a storage unit”

“Other than having my rent raised regularly, I like this storage facility. It has app and keypad access, although not open and accessible 24/7 (you have to pay extra for after hours access). I like that you used to be able to drive through the facility so you can load/unload in the shade, but the exit door is ALWAYS inoperable. You have to either back in or master the 10-point u-turn. The facility is usually clean, they seem to have solved their homeless problem, and the elevators are among the smoothest and quietest I have ever been in. The climate controlled areas are cool-ish, definitely better than outside temperatures.”
“Very nice area and building. Super clean. Staff seems a bit young though. 4 stars because UHaul changed my drop off location from down the street to halfway across town, the night before. Feels like I did their job for them without a credit on my plan. Cool.”
