The staff is friendly, prompt, and incredibly helpful. They communicate clearly, happily answer any question without being condescending, and talk customers through estimates, repairs, and pick-up details. They explain safety issues, what repairs can be delayed, and when it may be time to sell a vehicle. The team puts effort into scheduling for same-day service and keeps to promised schedules. They are trusted to only do necessary repairs, providing peace of mind and honest work done well. Customers highly recommend the shop for any import auto need, stating it is a mechanic shop for life.
If you need anything done on your vehicle A.I.S. is the spot, you can even bring your own stuff for them to service your foreign car, as long as it is up to their standard...
Yeah just go here if you have an import. They are straight shooters and are thorough. Matt/Mike will help explain things and will provide you honest opinions.
