“I recently brought my 2011 Lexus IS250 to Tempe Collision Center for an insurance repair estimate. After my sister was unfortunately sideswiped on her way to work, I did some extensive research to find the best shop in the area, and all signs pointed here.
From the moment I arrived, I was taken care of by Kyle. He walked me through the entire process from start to finish, providing consistent phone updates so I was never left in the dark. Ultimately, the insurance company deemed the vehicle a total loss, but I am incredibly grateful to the TCC team for spotting deep structural damage that I never would have seen on my own.
They were incredibly gracious throughout the aftermath, allowing me to come empty out my car and ensuring everything was seamlessly communicated to my insurance provider. “Dealer's Choice was recommended to me by a man who has kept my vehicles running for the last twenty years. I had a large slash through the bottom of one of my doors. Everyone I talked to insisted that the door would have to be replaced at a cost of near $3500. I was hoping that it could just be repaired. Oscar assured me that it could and delivered on his promise. My seven year old Lexus was returned to me sparkling clean and looking as good as it did on the day I bought it. Oscar and Alan were an absolute pleasure to work with. Aside from being genuinely nice, they were honest and transparent about price and kept me updated while they had the car. Five stars doesn't really do them justice.”
“I took my truck into Fix Auto Tempe to have insurance work done on the driver’s front end. I worked with Andy, who was great! He kept me updated on the work progress, any issues with the insurance and answered the millions of questions that I threw his way. The work looks great. You can’t even tell where the damage was. “Restoring 1988 Land Cruiser. This visit was for the brakes. The master cylinder needed replacing. This vehicle has quirky line bleed system. DVR did an excellent job. Very thorough and perfect bleed. They checked pads and drums, only needed adjustment. The bakes now work better than have since I bought it in 1989. Aleays the best, I WILL NOT take it anywhere else. If you want your car serviced in the best possible way, you should take it Desert Vintage Restoration.”
“I had my front bumper replaced after an accident and the trunk lid fixed. Every other body shop had told me the trunk lid will need to be replaced. Kenya offered to fix it, and to be honest, I wasn't expecting it to look great because of the amount of damage (it was misaligned with the body and there was a hole in it). It came out perfect! It looks like a brand new trunk and there is no evidence of the damage.”

“Brought my car in because I was smelling gas. They couldn’t find any kind of leak but notice I had a check engine light on so told me it would be 189 for that and weren’t sure if I could roll the price in to the repair. But I said go ahead with it. They ended up not seeing any evidence of the leak. They thought maybe it was due to having low oil in my engine. They ended up topping off the oil, resetting the code for me and completely waved the fee!
They also found a few other issues and they sent me a detailed text, showing me pictures of all of them. I told them this was my backup car since my main car was in the shop and knowing that they advised me how much they thought it would be to fix all the issues and that they didn’t think it was worth it.
I appreciated them, not just trying to get me to fix things for a car I barely drive.
Overall, great experience very positive. I left feeling good. Highly recommend you check them out!”

“If you are looking for friendly, punctual and genuine repair shop, look no further you have come to the right place AZ1 Collision & Repair.This is my second time taking my car for repairs to AZ1 Collision & Repair Center and I must commend that my experience was delightful, pleasant and extremely positive.I called the repair shop on Thursday after my tires burst on the freeway while I was on my lunch break. Panicked, I called the only repair shop that came to my mind " "AZ1 Repair and Collision" thanks to a positive prior experience. Rico, the owner, attended my call and assured me that my tires would be ordered and my car would be fixed. He ordered the tires right away and further offered to have my car picked up from my work place and have the tires replaced and bring it over due to urgency of my request. This offer was really refreshing and customer-centric.At noon the next day, quote was sent electronically by the repair shop. The quote was competitive in pricing. Another plus.My appointment was confirmed in a timely fashion for 5:30 pm. I arrived earlier than my scheduled time and I was greeted warmly by the front desk.
