Yesterday I went in and purchased 9 pairs of shoes on sale for under $400! I had a wonderful lady (blue nails, forgot her name!) help me out, find sizes, and she told me she loves her job and I genuinely believed her. I’m not sure but I think the other guy is Trent ? Wouldn’t go to any other DSW!

DSW is great! The Tempe location is ALWAYS a good shopping location. We'll stocked, knowledgeable sales associates, clean organized product floor. I'd go to shoe shop at that location anytime.

This location’s customer service, management, and shoe selection was great. Special shout out to the manager, Danielle, who went above and beyond for me. Her staff was on point! They appeared busy, yet attentive! I purchased the Merrill Moab 3s.
