First, their selection is amazing.. from quirky trinkets to beautiful clothes. They have wonderful unique upscale gifts including vintage vinyls, perfumes, and stationery. One very unique thing to this store is the French candles. “It's that old style Trading Post that are very common in the southwest. I guess the trade is we give them money, they trade us the merchandise we want? But they have everything from hot sauce to sports gear to shoes to purses to moccasins. Fantastic variety of inventory. Ultimately, I bought two bags of pistachios. And this store was so old school, they they wrote out the receipt on paper! A nice step back in time.”

They are completing an open courtyard between the Church and school with fountain. Plenty of parking and very easy to find from North Scottsdale. Keep The Faith!”

My fiancée and I have come in many times to admire the unique pieces and he came in yesterday to purchase a turquoise men’s ring not knowing I had already bought one for him and the person on staff graciously accepted our apologies for the miscommunication and returned the ring for us no problem. “On the night of my visit I was lucky enough to see the phenomenal Cecile McLorin Salvant. And while there is not a bad seat in the house, my preference is the box seating. This theater is cozy and the atmosphere allows you to get immersed in the performance. All of the theater docents are helpful and attentive so the service is stellar. There is a small refreshment bar that sells drinks including soda, coffee, wine, beer, cocktails as well as snacks. The Scottsdale Mall surrounding the theater has two restaurants; AZ88 and Jewel of the Crown Indian Cuisine that are just a stones throw away from the theater entrance, After the show I started thinking that for my next visit, because there is plenty of seating in the plaza around the theater it would be great to meet up with my friends before the show to have with our own coffee or even a cute boxed meal like a to go charcuterie box.”

“I have been coming to this establishment for several years. It is close to another favorite (Pussycat Gelato) so I simply head across the street to visit another local favorite. The Purple Saguaro (PS) has so many gifts and little local items that it would be impossible to mention them all. From authentic Native American jewelry to TRULY AUTHENTIC Native American made Kokopelli decorations. These are truly unique and not widely available. The owners (brother, I presume) are helpful and will negotiate a little if you buy a lot. I was shocked since this is downtown Scottsdale, but we were spending a couple hundred, so that actually made a little difference here. The items they sell are certainly high quality, and they care if you see something that is not the quality you expect. I most definably give them most of our gift business for out of state relatives. Trust-worthy, Honest, Clean, and an extensive Variety from refrigerator magnets to Kokopelli sculptures, they have it all.”

I probably went to 10 different jewelry stores in the Phoenix area that specialize in Native American jewelry and Sanni’s had exactly what I was looking for.
