Hyatt Place Tempe/Phoenix Airport is a clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff, offering spacious rooms that are well-kept and comfortable. Its location is incredibly convenient and very close to the airport, with a good and complimentary area shuttle service, making it ideal for an overnight stay before an early flight or after a late arrival. A significant note is that the hotel is very noisy due to its direct location under the flight path, with plane sounds frequent, especially in the early morning; however, the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs in the room. The breakfast is excellent and fantastic, featuring a nice variety including eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereals, oatmeal, and breads. The on-site bar and kitchen offer convenient food and drinks, which can be a bit pricey. Some drawbacks include a super noisy and loud AC unit, a bathroom area that could be cleaner, and a fitness room without blinds for privacy. Other minor disappointments are the lack of daytime water and coffee in the reception area and water pressure in the shower that isn't the best. Overall, it represents good value with the feel of a great luxury hotel, though it may not suit light sleepers.

We stayed here in Pheonix for a night on the way to Grand Canyon.Very nice hotel but above all I have to mention about the homely and cordial staff of this hotel .Airport Shuttle service is on from 5 a.m. They dropped as at bus stop too on request.
