In an emergency situation, the staff demonstrated amazing calmness and control, quickly moving everyone to a safe location, locking the doors, and offering water and bathroom access. The store manager, with ten years of experience, is respected and good at his job. While the store has a lot of different selections, it sometimes gets really crowded, and customers may need to wait a while to checkout.
