The staff is incredible and are knowledgeable in all the recent interior design ideas and trends. I have used them for custom bedding, drapes and furniture. They knew what they were talking about. Tammy was kind and patient as we didn't buy anything but we took on the brochure to call her and order it after measuring the closet. “A wonderful store to visit. Mark, the salesman was very low key and helpful. Gave me plenty of time to browse without hovering over me. There are so many leather sofas and loveseats to choose from and an array of color selections. For all things leather go to Arizona Leather Interiors. They have been in business since 1991 and are still going strong. One of the few stores in the Valley to carry Natuzzi Italian Leather.”
“Absolutely love the Gilbert location of Copenhagen furniture!! This is my 3rd time purchasing furniture at this location and we are so satisfied with the quality of the furniture. We purchased dining chairs, counter stools, recliner and modular sofa. If you are looking for beautiful, comfortable, unique furniture that will last this is the best quality furniture in the valley. We were amazed at the beautiful showroom and the entire staff is so courteous, friendly and helpful. Our sales person is Elizabeth and she is very patient, knowledgeable, listened to what we needed and made our shopping stress free and enjoyable. Excellent service from start to finish! Copenhagen will be the only furniture store we will ever buy furniture from. Thank you Copenhagen and welcome to Gilbert we love you!!”
“Absolutely the worst service ever. Would not recommend Ken at all to anyone. The initial consult was great- he provided us good details about the blinds etc. It took about 3-4 weeks for blinds to be installed. That also required alot of follow up which was very annoying. There were two additional blinds that were added which we didn't want- We chalked it down to miscommunication. For the last 2 months we have been trying to get our money back for those two additional blinds that we were charged for. We have tried everything--phone calls, mesgs /emails several times. No response. Will be escalating this to their corporate office. Do yourself a favor and don't choose budget blinds of Tempe. The other locations may be different, can't speak for them.I wanted to Edit this post. After about 15-20 mins of this review i got a call from the new owners of Budget Blinds Tempe- Deb and her daughter Tiffany. Within the hour I got my money back. Really thankful to them for acting on this so quickly. Apparently Ken had sold the business to them and was just overall providing sloppy service. With new owners, I look forward to better service.”
“The staff rarely know where certain items are or what they carry, and they do not know muchabout botany or plant selection. The store carries mostly things grown in California that do not do well here. There is an extreme lack of native Arizona plants such as desert lavender ,creosote ,jojoba ,chuparosa ,and Greg's Blue Mist butterfly bush. But there are the regular annuals like petunias and vinca ,and they always have quite a large selection of hhalf-priceplants that are struggling in the back on some shelves ,and you can get some really good deals there. There is n'ta blargeselection of fountains. There are no tall blue ceramic pots, but there are many other pots.”
“Just picked up an item from here. Everyone was super helpful and it's really good to see that they have proper social distancing and sanitization in place. Tho I guess the pickup process could be a little better - may be different queues for pickup or whatever. Even after I checked in online - it took me 15 mins to complete the pickup.”

“Idk what these other reviews are talking about, I go to this location all the time and the staff is always so friendly and helpful! Not just to me, but to other customers. It sucks that someone would leave a bad review based on 1 bad experience that could have stemmed from misreading someone’s tone or catching an employee on a bad day. Someone could lose their job over a bad review even when it isn’t deserved.
Also, leaving a bad review is so lame for something like “the employee didn’t greet me” as if the world revolves around and you and every single store you go to is expected to stop why they’re doing and acknowledge your entrance.
TLDR This place has polite and helpful employees, cute clothes and a good atmosphere. My only complaint is the prices, which the employees don’t control, so it’s not worth affecting their rating. Caelynn and Sienna are both very sweet and attentive ❤”
“This place is awesome and the staff are even better. They are helpful, kind, and genuinely care about their customers. Eric, Jerry, and Tiffany are so sweet and extremely helpful. If you have any questions or issues go to them they always find a resolution. I only go to this location because of them. The stuff you find here is great quality at affordable prices. You cant and won't go wrong going there.”

I love that they carry both practical and decorative items for every room, seasonal accents that feel fresh, and things like outdoor décor and storage solutions too. “Me and a friend of mine went to Ikea a couple days ago. I got two bookcases and a new bed frame! LOVE HOW IT ALL LOOKS! THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME GOING TO IKEA! The food was delicious! Especially the meatballs! I've never felt so small in my life. Ikea is hugeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
I had A LOT of fun! The prices were great too! This was a wonderful experience and I'll definitely be shopping there again!”
“Amazing staff, amazing customer service! Not everybody here has that “pain in the a$$” look on their face ? like coming to work was some huge burden. The total opposite—everyone looks like they appreciate having a job and a paycheck. That kind of attitude makes a huge difference.
It’s refreshing to shop in a store where the employees actually seem happy to be there, greet you with a smile, and are willing to help without acting like you’re bothering them.
