“Just visited F&D again to look at tiles for my bathroom and I was consulted by Romeo. WOW, did he ever open up a whole new world for me; he explained about small tiles versus large tiles on the walls of my yet to be created walk in shower, Educated me on floor tiles, and the various myths people are stuck on. How to spunk up the look with a beautiful colored grout. I am just blown away about his knowledge and design ideas, which now means that I will be over there, and hopefully he is there as well, to start figuring out which tile for the wall and which for the floor.I am really going to create a beautiful bathroom on a budget.Mille gracia, Romeo!”

“Tony was awesome as he took the time to show me the stores merchandise and explained sale items as the store !!! The furniture is sturdy and great quality! The location is near all other housing good stores such as IKEA. There's plenty of parking onsite. Bring a truck because everything is like 60% off and more. Too bad I was only looking and need a desk since mine broke after many years of utilizing, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to leave the store from all of my "oooo", "ahhhh" , "this would be nice in my living", etc. Stop in and tell Tony that I sent ya”

“Absolutely the worst service ever. Would not recommend Ken at all to anyone. The initial consult was great- he provided us good details about the blinds etc. It took about 3-4 weeks for blinds to be installed. That also required alot of follow up which was very annoying. There were two additional blinds that were added which we didn't want- We chalked it down to miscommunication. For the last 2 months we have been trying to get our money back for those two additional blinds that we were charged for. We have tried everything--phone calls, mesgs /emails several times. No response. Will be escalating this to their corporate office. Do yourself a favor and don't choose budget blinds of Tempe. The other locations may be different, can't speak for them.I wanted to Edit this post. After about 15-20 mins of this review i got a call from the new owners of Budget Blinds Tempe- Deb and her daughter Tiffany. Within the hour I got my money back. Really thankful to them for acting on this so quickly. Apparently Ken had sold the business to them and was just overall providing sloppy service. With new owners, I look forward to better service.”

“Just picked up an item from here. Everyone was super helpful and it's really good to see that they have proper social distancing and sanitization in place. Tho I guess the pickup process could be a little better - may be different queues for pickup or whatever. Even after I checked in online - it took me 15 mins to complete the pickup.”

“The description of furniture store is very inaccurate. I avoided this place for that reason because I don’t need furniture. Social media made me dig deeper. I visited the Tempe store and bought a whole lot of South African goodies, condiments, biscuits and they had this gourmet salt from Hawaii, Alaea salt!!! I used it in baked fish today and I was blown away. I would describe it as an International Variety Store:)”

Some prices were good deals, others I was surprised there as high or higher than a speciality store.Went to grab a sofa table the website said was in stock, but the store employee could not find it. Even though I was still able to add it to my online cart for pickup … hmmm.Ended up with another table that worked as well but was slightly surprised at the discrepancy.”

“Ross is my go-to store. I can find name brands on good days and on others I can still find very cute clothing, shoes, make up, purses, etc....l get my Levis here, I pay $20 usually give or take and that beats paying $60 anyday. Ross is like going on a scavenger hunt. You never know what you will find, but there is usually always something great for anyone and even better still amazing prices unlike other stores!!”
