“I just moved here from Texas and had the pleasure of dealing with Topher twice in the past couple of days. Once removing the car and trailer and this morning returning the truck. I was so exhausted from the move and long drive that took a lot longer because of several accidents, high winds, a horrible dust storm and heavy rain, a full on road closure due to an oversized truck damaging an overpass bridge that literally took the bridge out. I was wiped out when my daughter and I came into the U-Haul office Friday night to return the trailer and remove the car. Topher greeted us and made everything so easy for me and allowed me some extra time to return the truck since we weren’t able to get to Tempe Thursday as we had planned, although we were still in our window of allowed time. He was super nice and friendly and gave us excellent customer service. I was shocked reading negative reviews on him here. I can’t say enough how much I appreciated his awesome customer service. The next time I rent a U-Haul I will definitely come back here and I’ll be referring others to this location as well”
“Truck had no A/C making the 800 mile drive. No help from roadside service.called them, gave our overnight location in Denver and no one showed up. Drop off location was good”

“I had a great experience rbis afternoon on 6/15. I can't remember the other guys names, but Malik and the other guys were super friendly and helpful! They helped me fit a ton of boxes into my Honda. I don't know how they did it, but I'm super happy and grateful for them helping. Thanks guys!”
