Shadow Mountain U-Haul provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They went above and beyond to help me with my storage units, and every interaction with their staff has been a pleasure. They’re always friendly, patient, and never make me feel rushed.
What really stood out was how well the staff gets along with one another—joking and laughing together, creating such a positive and welcoming atmosphere. They made me feel like a VIP, not just another customer.

I spoke with Andrew most of the time. Made it clear how extensions work and what my responsibility was. “The gentleman who helped me was amazing. He fixed a very difficult situation and I wasn't at my best. I had to make a very quick move and after booking with a customer service rep, I found out that my truck could not be hitched with a trailer because there was no way to connect the brake lights. This was not a question the cs rep asked me so when I got to the location, I was told the trailer could not be used. I was upset and worried that I couldn't afford the other options. The gentleman (forgot his name) went through 5 options, calmly and kindly. He found the least expensive option for me and he showed no irritation or feelings of inconvenience. I was so so grateful. The option he found was actually much better than my original booking. Thank you so much.”
“Quit raising your prices. We are trying to get the economy under control and upper managements decision to raise prices is unacceptable. Nothing but greed and disrespect for the customer. The store was great but UHaul management does not care about keeping prices online.”

“We fill up propane and the attendant said it took very little and won't charge us for it. Still took an effort and time but he insisted for us not to pay anything. What an amazing gesture by Uhaul. We've always impressed by these guys, the company and this particular location especially. We've been going back many times and will continue to use their services and highly recommend U haul services. A true American company with amazing people!”

“The only thing that was dirty from what I could tell was something that was scuffed and dirty near the front of the place you put your items that are to be moved.
Other than that everything else was top notch… including the price and ease of checking in and out, customer service, etc.!”
