“Jade and Laura at U-Haul went above and beyond to help us during a really stressful move. We were relocating to Phoenix when the place we were supposed to move into was completely misrepresented, leaving us in a difficult situation with all of our belongings in a U-Haul.
Jade and Laura showed incredible kindness, understanding, and professionalism. They worked with us and allowed us to keep the U-Haul for three extra days at no additional cost, which gave us the time we needed to figure everything out without having to unload and reload our belongings.

“The 5 stars are for the manager and staff, they were very personable, patient, and professional. The only thing that wasn't smooth was your computer system when checking in, it was painfully slow. It was a busy day, all the customers were rightfully frustrated with how slow your computer system is. I was at the counter for an hour. I understand nationally this is a busy time of year for moving but your systems need a big upgrade to handle these busy times. I give your computer system 1-star.”

“This was a great experience. Fernando and Christina were great with me (and the other lady helping from across the room, but I did not catch her name). They quickly managed the crowds in the lobby. Christina was amazing! She assisted me with a lock issue and thoroughly explained the trainer hitch connection and disconnection process. I was supposed to go to another location, but they did not have the equipment I needed. I am glad this was the backup location. Friendly, fast, and professional service all made this experience great when it could have been awful! Thank you to the staff!”
