Had to get outta my apartment for several hrs. While maintenance fixed some stuff. This place was an awesome find. The receptionist evian ( im probably butchering her name) was very kind and friendly. Will definitely be back.

Very clean, safe area and close proximity to places to eat and or shop. Great amenities and a nice mini gym there as well. They charge $15 per night for parking but they might waive the fee if its not too booked. Overall a very nice place to stay!!

Location near ASU is excellent. It's roughly comparable to a Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn type property. I had no issues at all.
