“In February 2024, I needed work done on my car including replacement of my passenger side front door. The estimate that I received was detailed and understandable. The folks there also went over it with me. And they gave me options for less expensive fixes. Once the work was complete and I picked the car up, it looked spectacular. The repair was undetectable and the car sparkled as they had cleaned not just the outside but the inside as well. And the cost was a little less than the estimate. The service and work were superb. “A couple days after Christmas, I get stuck in the middle of Arizona with an RV full of family and friends. After trying to contact any and all local companies and getting told, "No" because it's too far or yes, then waiting 2 hours to call back and find out they never sent anyone.... someone in our group finally got the info for "ZK Towing", who would become our saviors! After waiting 9 hours in the middle of the night, These guys made us all feel better about the outlook of our situation, which included blown out tires and wrecked muffler. They didn't have to do anything at all, especially given the time of day and weather conditions, but nonetheless they sent a tow truck to us and got us back on the road with a fixed RV (that they did at night in the freezing cold on the middle of a highway) before lunch the next day. Professional, personable and proficient doesn't begin to describe ZK Towing, although it is a start! If you ever have troubles on the road, give them a call and you will not be disappointed. Thank you guys!”

“I called ahead to check if they could take me for an oil change and they got me right in as soon as I showed up. I previously tried changing my turning signal light bulb and it still wasn't working. I let them know what I did and he said that I put it in backwards. He didn't charge me for putting my light bulb in correctly and I was only charged for the oil change. Since he didn't charge me for the light bulb they seemed trustworthy as I was expecting to pay for it. I went back for a new air filter and cabin air filter a couple days later.”

“I had a great experience with this company. They answered all of my questions on the initial phone call and were able to get me a tow truck within the timeframe they promised. The gentleman who towed my car was kind and respectful, and had a conversation with me about what I had tried to get my car started. He even double checked to make sure my car wouldn't start before he towed it. He handled the car with care and got it to its destination with no issues. The only complaint I have is the price (my car was towed about 3 miles) but because the company treated me so well and helped me quickly, they deserve the 5 stars. I will use them again. Thank you!”
