Some staff members, like those in cosmetics at the Guadalupe and McClintock location, are described as wonderful, helpful, personable, kind, attentive and willing to go above and beyond. The pharmacy drive-thru also receives praise for impressive service that comes through in a short amount of time. However, several reviews indicate significant problems. A common criticism is the policy of closing the pharmacy for lunch in the middle of the day rather than staggering breaks, which is seen as not caring about customers and failing to provide decent customer service. Recently my son need a prescription that wasn't covered by his insurance. It would have cost him $63.00. When I went to pick it up, Janeen found a discount coupon on-line that lower the cost to $13.00. She is a awesome person, we are very thankful that Janeen was working that day. Above and beyond customer service!!!!
