“Fast unload . check in 4:30 for 6 AM appointment was done at 6 . better to be here before 2 hour of delivery bec there is long line for check in they only use one lane for OTR Drivers”
“I was denied a return here for no reason, no justification with my receipt even when asked if I could see the policy. They refused to return my items. Had it for 1 day, with a receipt. Update: This has been resolved. Kohls did reach out and make it out. It was a misunderstanding, they owned it, took care of me. Thankful for their honesty and taking accountability.”

“They will hung up the phone calll when u have a question within 3 seconds; when they notice u have an accent or who knows why. Tried calling the second time and maybe he hung up the moment he picked up the phone and gave me no time to explainmyselfbetter. Strange they get my 5 or more stars if it were possible when I pay my items with cashiers. The store in 99th Ave in Glendale, Arizona maybe need a person with good customer service picking up the phone calls some of us drive from the other side of town to shop there so a little kindness would be appreciated.”
