“The TV stand came securely packaged on a wooden pallet. on in a cardboard box. The workmanship is excellent. A very solid TV stand. The fireplace has a very realistic look. We tested the fireplace, and it heated our 20’ X 20’ living room. We would recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a high-quality TV stand with an electric fireplace. We also communicated with their customer support, and they were excellent, especially Laurie.”

“OTR: Shipping on north side. Receiving on the south side of the building. If delivering and it is a drop and hook, the location has a drop box for BoL. If Live load/unload operations, Monday-Friday, 6am-230pm. There is plenty of maneuvering space. Clean, good lighting, overnight parking is available.”
