“The TV stand came securely packaged on a wooden pallet. on in a cardboard box. The workmanship is excellent. A very solid TV stand. The fireplace has a very realistic look. We tested the fireplace, and it heated our 20’ X 20’ living room. We would recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a high-quality TV stand with an electric fireplace. We also communicated with their customer support, and they were excellent, especially Laurie.”

“I was looking for something specific from the bullseye area which is difficult because they usually don’t put that stuff online. I asked Omar from the customer service desk if he knew if they’d gotten the item yet and he went above and beyond even checked the unopened boxes for me sitting in the bullseye area. Didn’t find the item but I appreciated his kindness and willingness to help.”

This is a manufacturing plant, not a retail store. There are absolutely ZERO direct to customer sales from this location.
