She helped us putting the vision together by giving a floor plan only couple after hours later after we talked. She helped us putting the order together, she was giving us new ideas and she has been keeping us updated about the delivery informations. She has a very positive attitude, she is very motivated, she listened carefully what our vision was and what we need. We hope we can work with her again as we continue the renovation of our home.”

Jean was very transparent about pricing and there was no back and forth haggling that you deal with at many other furniture stores. She gives you her best price right out of the gate. When the Ashley truck broke down delaying the arrival, Jean offered to personally deliver it to us. We weren't in a hurry so we didn't take her up on it, but that just shows you that her customer service goes above and beyond. Wonderful experience all across the board! “We have been to EVERY furniture store, near and far from our area in the past few months. We were searching for a bedroom set for a teen and furniture for our movie room. We are frugal, okay, very frugal! We finally scored a bedroom set at one store, bought a mattress at another (see recent reviews), but we did not find anything within our "willingness to pay" price for our movie room. The cost was a huge factor because we have up to a dozen kids, now teens, at our house almost every weekend. We expect wear and tear, which is why we were looking for a deal. We are not going to pay a lot simply because they are boys, and they are teens. We SCORED big time at this Mega Furniture outlet!!! We purchased a floor model that had some minor damage, but nothing of concern to us. PRICE, value, quality and the LOOK of the furniture, PERFECT for our movie room, made us all happy!! The BEST news, for our teen that we dragged around for months looking at furniture, is that the mission has been accomplished and no more shopping for furniture!!! LOL!!! We honestly will check this location of Mega Furniture when we are looking for anything in the future!! They specifically sell discontinued items and floor models. The discontinued items are new! If we didn't get the floor model option, there was a backup option! We have been to SO many stores without finding even ONE option at the price we were willing to pay! Billy was our sales guy. He was super chill, but super helpful! All of the employees were very engaging and FUN. We had a great experience!!”

Their furniture is heads and tails above their competitors from the materials used to the way it is constructed and everything in between. I was very impressed however I was equally impressed with Valerie, the sales lady. “I recently had the pleasure of working with Heather Joyce, to first purchase bedroom furniture, and then to purchase great room furniture.I will tell you...Heather went above and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of and satisfied with my purchase and delivery!I can't remember when I've had such a pleasant experience purchasing furniture. Heather knows the product, and she is a very good and experienced designer. She has wonderful ideas and suggestions. She listened to my situation and needs and very quickly helped provide me with what I needed from purchase to delivery.Delivery was absolutely wonderful! I was pleasantly surprised to get a two hour window, rather than the typical four hour window.My delivery window was between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. On the day of delivery, I received a very pleasant phone call, at 10:30 am, from Juan, the head delivery person. He told me they were about 1/2 hour away. Sure enough, Juan and Felipe arrived right on time!They were very friendly and respectful to me, my house, and my furniture they were delivering. I told them where I wanted the furniture placed in the room, and that's exactly where they placed it. They made sure the furniture was wiped down, free of finger prints, smudges, dust, etc. They truly seemed to care and wanted to do the best job they could.I told them I was also looking for a sectional sofa, and because Heather had taken such good care of me with the bedroom furniture and delivery was so fast and efficient, I was going back to Woodbridge.I did go back! And, with Heather's help, I found a beautiful sectional sofa, the right size and color! Again, Heather provided me with VIP treatment and service.I asked Heather if she could recommend framed art or whatever that would complement the sectional sofa and my great room. She suggested mirrors! I instantly agreed! With Heather's help, we found a grouping of 3 awesome, beautiful mirrors, that are going to look, quite frankly, really "badass" in my great room with the sectional sofa.I'm looking forward to Juan and Felipe delivering the great room furniture. I know it will be a good experience.There are a few other items at Woodbridge I have my eye on...I'm not done shopping yet, I'll be going back!I totally recommend going to Woodbridge for furniture and decor. They carry very nice, well made furniture and decor from top brand manufacturers. I don't think you will be disappointed!Thank you Heather, Juan, Felipe, and all the other employees that help make the magic happen. You all are very much appreciated!!!My daughter and eight year granddaughter were with me when I was shopping for the sofa. When we left, my granddaughter said "I really like Heather, I think she's nice and I like her hats!", aka fascinators! :)”

“We purchased a patio dining table set about two years ago from this location.We chose a set made by Mallen and wanted quality, so we paid for it.Thankfully, it came with a 14-year warranty which we just used after two years of ownership.We also liked the idea that if we ever had an issue, we could work directly with the store to get things fixed.Unfortunately, we had to make a claim (no fault of Today's patio) and they quickly approved our request and sent us new chairs today.The delivery drivers (AJ (Aaron) and Jon) called ahead and showed up on time. They introduced themselves, shook my hand and were very professional. It was quickly determined what was loaded on their truck didn't pass inspection. 3/6 of the chairs arrived with damage so we're hoping the next delivery is better.I have no doubt all will work out since they have been great to work with from the start.”
