“I came into the store Very sad due to my Broken phone. I couldn't access anything on my phone but Luckily Rocio H Was there to save my day. She went above and beyond to help me. Not only did she assist me but she was sure to share with me her store deals. Which I'm thankful because I left with a brand new tablet for a great price. “I Visited the store and spoke with Eloy Toledo. very knowledgeable not pushy nor trying to sell me something I don't need. He explained things well and I chose a plan. Eloy kept me up to date on install date and time. I also called him to choose a different plan once reviewing the plan with wife. Eloy did this without hesitation and thanked me for joining cox cable. I am very pleased with the customer service Eloy has provided me and I'm just waiting for the install. Cox is new in my area and I will refer my neighbors to get with Eloy if they are unhappy with their current provider.”
