“They will hung up the phone calll when u have a question within 3 seconds; when they notice u have an accent or who knows why. Tried calling the second time and maybe he hung up the moment he picked up the phone and gave me no time to explainmyselfbetter. Strange they get my 5 or more stars if it were possible when I pay my items with cashiers. The store in 99th Ave in Glendale, Arizona maybe need a person with good customer service picking up the phone calls some of us drive from the other side of town to shop there so a little kindness would be appreciated.”
“Went in looking for frozen bones! Although they didn't have the size I wanted, the man working suggested buying a bison horn for my very destructive cane corso. Needless to say, it was a fantastic recommendation! After a couple of weeks, it's still going strong!”

“I needed booties for my dog so she would not burn her feet when going for a walk on the HOT sidewalk. So I walked in and asked for booties for my dog and they had small, medium, large and extra large. All at a reasonable price. I was in and out in 15 minutes and happy about my experience.”
“I had no idea this place was here but I am glad I found them. Super friendly staff and great prices on their products. They offer a 10% walk in discount but also do delivery for orders over $49. They carry a lot of the smaller brands you won't find at the big box pet stores, which is exactly what I was looking for. Best of all they had the cutest, most well behaved mascot, Olive, on hand to greet me and accept all my scratches. Made for a great visit! I recommend you definitely check them out!”

“I've been feeding Suzys to our two pitbulls for 3 months now and I cannot believe the change in their health. I've always considered feeding raw but the overwhelming amount of information online about how to formulate beneficial recipes was daunting. With Suzys you can get simple & complete recipe plans for a fair price. Our dogs went from constant skin, allergy, and weight issues to leaner and healthy in just a few short months. All this, just from making the change from the vets recommended and overpriced canned foods to Suzys raw food. I now find myself feeling guilty for ever feeding my dog anything else. Couldn't recommend this place enough.”

“It's a good pet store, not amazing. Lots of empty shelves. Those behind the register weren't pleasant either. It's not a wonder why people prefer self checkout and Amazon anymore. We did buy a couple Betta fish here though. Enzo and Reboot are good friends! One speck of Betta food in the morning and one and night is all they need to eat. Be sure to get some Betta Water Conditioner too to use when replacong their water with fresh tap water each week. I would have bought some Betta-Fix too but they were out. Found some on Amazon for next day delivery for under $5 which was a better price anyway.”
“Didn’t want my furry friend in a basic kennel , I was looking for something he can really stretch out and walk around in, Az Cages was perfect in setting me up with the perfect fit. It’s been 2 years now and still love my oversized kennel. Plus it has wheels so it’s easy to move if needed. Very sturdy and made to last! Will definitely recommend 100%”
“The adoption center at this Petco is wonderful; it's the best aspect by far, and it's even better than those in other pet supply stores. However, during my three visits, the staff has been consistently rude, unhelpful, or both. When I inquired about the location of an item, I was directed to the wrong place, waited for five minutes, while an employee working an understaffed area helped a customer. Then, the employee he referred me to seemed extremely annoyed to be asked to do his job. This same employee also wrongly accused me of attempting to defraud the store when I pointed out an error on my receipt; items advertised as BOGO 50%-off were charged at full price. Despite clear signage, he denied they were wrong, even making the suggestion that Idid get the sale price. Another associate pointed out his mistake.
I am editing my rating to 4 stars simply because of how cool the adoption area is. No cages, you can go in and just meet the cats in their chill space which is hooked up with cat trees and toys as well as comfy chairs to kick back in while you get to know your future furbabyI love this, I always get sad when I see the cats in cages at other rescue/ adoption locations. ???”
“If you're coming in with anything bigger than a box truck, do yourself a favor and come IN FROM THE SOUTH. It'll make it MUCH easier to be facing the correct direction to get in the dock.
Take 59th ave off of buckeye (the frontage road, that only goes north!) Turn on Washington, then 57th. Come in the first gate and you'll be all set up to back into the docks. Cars parked on the street makes getting in/out a little snug, but not terrible.

“We took our two dogs to the Vetco to get their rabies vaccines. The vet and her technicians were 100% wonderful. They were very good to our dogs and they were friendly. The vet gave us wonderful advice and information that we didn’t know previously about our dogs. We will definitely be coming back.”

“Was looking for a flea collar due to unfortunate circumstances and when I went to grab one off the shelf, I checked inside the containers, and they were all empty. I was nervous going up to checkout hoping they just kept the actual product behind the counter; it turned out this was exactly the case. I was able to get the collar! Friendly cashier, clean store.”
