“The team that Juan sent to our house was top notch. We purchased a new stove that was deeper than the old one and we needed a cut done in our home. Even though it was a small job, Juan was able to get us scheduled quickly. When the guys arrived, they explained the whole process and they were able to do a custom cut around the range vent. “Man..! I rarely do this but I just walked into Floor & Decor to replace some tile. It had been years and I had already thrown out the replacement and had trouble finding the tile I had bought, but Michael D. in the stone department walked over and asked if I needed help.
I shared my issue and a picture of it, and even though the tile was no longer being sold he pulled up my account to unprompted to certify that it was this other tile we were looking at that replaced it.
I was incredibly impressed and grateful.
I came so unprepared and with so little information and he was quick and to the point getting me what I needed above and beyond.

Kaylee listened to what we wanted and created a layout that was both functional and beautiful, often making suggestions for small details that make a huge impact on the appearance and functionality of our new kitchen and baths. The cabinets (KraftMaid) and countertops (Pental Quartz) are high quality, and the installation was smooth and well-organized. Some cabinet doors were damaged in shipping and we’re still awaiting replacements, but overall we’re extremely happy with the finished result and would gladly work with them again.”
“I found a match for tiles that were installed in my bathroom more than 10 years ago. That's so rare. Furthermore, the guy working there, Jordan, was very helpful and knows the inventory very well. I had gone to other larger tile stores, but never had any success finding my specific tiles. Don't be misled just because the storefront is bigger or the showroom larger somewhere else. Going to Tile Outlet was hitting a DIYers home run for me.”

5/19/26: the install manager came out and checked things out - the big arched window is faulty and they have ordered a new one in a stronger encasing. I really appreciate the attention to this matter. Fingers crossed it fixes the noise! I will report back!
3/9/26: I’ve taken my rating down to 3 stars months later due to one reason - the product. I have an enormous window in my primary bedroom, which after a few months of being installed, makes SO MUCH NOISE. Squeaks and creaks nonstop, squeaks when you slightly push on the window, squeaks when it’s windy, creaks when you’re just sitting in the bedroom. I had 7 windows installed and don’t have an issue with my others, but our largest window has many issues. My gut tells me the top arch window is too heavy for the bottom XOX window - as if the materials the window is made out of cannot sustain the weight properly. In any case, because it’s in our primary bedroom where we sleep, it is crazy annoying and does keep us awake or wakes us up.
I LOVED working with Apex - the people are fantastic, so I stand by that. I did reach out and they sent our original installers to check it out. Aside from them confirming the squeaky window making very loud noises, they couldn’t figure out why it’s doing it and left. Since then, there’s been no follow up. Anyway, if you have big windows, APEX probably isn’t the right team for you. I do love my other windows. But unfortunately maybe enough info was not understood about the product sold to me as it just seems like the bottom window’s materials aren’t strong enough to support the arch window above. I’ve attached a picture so you can see what I’m talking about.
Original 8/19/25: Apex just finished an install of all new windows on the front of my home - which involved removing old 24 year old windows and installing new ones. Scheduling was prompt, company responded positively when there were a few issues (had to reorder a defective window for example) and Zack and Marco were both pleasant and skilled installers on the job! They left a clean job site and caused zero stucco damage in the process. I would recommend Apex for window replacement.”
