“Above and beyond what businesses are today...THIS is the only place we will buy our appliances from. Period. The customer service lady and the repair tech were exceptional, and our sales representative, Peter, is a stellar person to work with and handles his clients like family. The entire team truly cares about the products when in your home, not just when the paperwork gets signed. Peter goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied...even directly communicating with us regarding the delivery technicians, customer service, warranty support, and maintenance representatives. We have never had such care, courtesy, and commitment from a company like this (that answers the phone when you call!!!), or, a person like Peter months after our purchases were installed! You won't be disappointed. He is a rare find in today's appliance stores, and we shopped 10 other places before meeting him...oh, and the price was THE best on all 5 items we bought. Totally worth giving him a call, knowing the entire team stands behind your purchase experience. Thank you Tucson Appliance!”

The tech came out and looked at it for me and fixed it without even charging me. He could have upsold me easily as I was willing to have him service it. It's wonderful to see such integrity and kindness and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much!”

“Broken refrigerator. Manual says with symptoms it has try capacitor with about 60 % success rate. I came in with suspect part and larger assembly number. Jack was patient and thorough checking my model number to his parts inventory. He had the part in stock, but measured my old part proving it met specs. Yet he helped with what two next parts to check and their part numbers. Even flagging where, in which store, those parts show in stock.”

“I want to thank Conrad and Chris for the wonderful installation they provided for my KitchenAid refrigerator. I live in a home that was built in 1963 and there were a lot of skinny doorways they had to go through. They came up with a great plan outside which included removing doors and were very careful bringing it in and putting it all together. They were very pleasant. Thank you again”
