I pleaded my ignorance in plumbing and was treated as if I was an important contractor.I highly recommend this place if you don't want to waste your time and money.Note to management: Give Brandon a raise and when a spot opens, a promotion. It's hard to find good employees and be able to retain them....believe me I know. Most young men these days could care less about customers, Brandon has made me think Ferguson's first for plumbing parts from now on.”

Over the phone, helped us locate the replacement motor for our refrigerator; when I went in to the store to purchase and showed them the "damaged" one we had taken out, the clerk recognized that we had ordered the wrong part. No problem! A quick search on his part and they were able to sell us the correct part. Very professional and helpful.”

“What can I say about this place. Let me start by saying they are an awesome bunch. I’ve gotten two televisions, washer,dryer, two laptops, sofas. Even after I paid my washer and dryer, after they broke down. Lenard was able to get them serviced at no charge to me plus gave me a loaner until mine was ready. Gabriel really really works with you on payments and Is a funny guy. Highly recommend this place”

An independently owned nursery might have more, but for a corporate box store Home Depot meets my expectations. Check out is easy and fast, and if you need help the staff is eager and ready.”

“I needed a plastic bearing housing for the upper rack in my dishwasher. I saw online that the entire track was available, but not the bearing housing. Went to G&N on Broadway and they were super helpful. They also couldn't get just the bearing housing by itself, but their price on the entire track was significantly lower that online. Will definitely return next time I need something!”

“Over and Above Customer Service!!During my visit to Home Depot I was assisted by two people. Darren helped me with picking out the best Saw Zaw for my specific needs. I also spoke with him about chargers and extra batteries. He showed me where I would find them for when I'm ready to come back and pick them up. So courteous and professional, with the knowledge for this a past assistance he gave me.When I went to check out I was assisted by Sandra. She was sooo extremely nice and it was a pleasure to have her answer some questions. She recommended the 2-year protection plan and how to register online. I needed the assistance of one of the store scooters for all the back and forth I had to do. Without that cart, I would not have been able to get the shopping done for the items I needed.There are other Home Depots and I'm sure their service is also great, but I will be doing my shopping at this store at 7677 E Broadway, Tucson, Az.”

He gave us a $25 certificate for Christie’s. I went to Christie’s to see what they had and spoke to Doug. He was knowledgeable and I will return this weekend to make a purchase. We are long time customers of Christie’s and prefer them to the big box stores for appliances.”
