“My refrigerator died this past weekend. Luckily I was able to talk to the people at Tucson Appliance on a sunday. We found what we were looking for online, and they were able to deliver it quickly. I'm so grateful for the service from the purchasing all the way to the delivery guys, they were all very exceptional and easy to deal with. Thank you Tucson Appliance Company.”
“This morning I purchased a replacement door shelf part for my Frigidaire refrigerator. As luck would have it the parts manual seems to have a typo and the part numbers for the top and bottom shelf are transposed. Due to no fault of his own the sales assosciate gave me the part for the top shelf when I needed the part for the bottom shelf. When I got home I was very disappointed that the part did not fit.
I called the store and Olga, the manager, worked with me to figure out what the issue was. She called ahead to the store at Broadway and Kolb. When I arrived, the part was waiting for me and without even having to wait in line the store clerk exchanged the parts and I was out the door 15 seconds later. My card had already been credited for the difference in price. This transaction could not have been easier.
Now I can use the bottom shelf in my refridgerator door again! Thank you Olga!”
“I brought in my home machine for a small issue with the steamer wand. I have owned it for about 8 years with no service. The staff is so positive and kind. The tech came out and looked at it for me and fixed it without even charging me. He could have upsold me easily as I was willing to have him service it.

“They had Kohler toilet parts, when Home Depot (where the toilet was purchased) did not! Brandon looked at a photo and knew exactly what seal or kit was needed. I went the kit solution because the toilet is 17 years old. Brandon stressed that if the kit was not the correct one to bring it back! It was the correct kit. Customer service plus!”
“I want to thank Conrad and Chris for the wonderful installation they provided for my KitchenAid refrigerator. I live in a home that was built in 1963 and there were a lot of skinny doorways they had to go through. They came up with a great plan outside which included removing doors and were very careful bringing it in and putting it all together. They were very pleasant. Thank you again”

The order was delivery only and it would be 2-3 days for delivery and I had stressed to her it was my sons birthday and I really needed the gaming console to arrive before his party due to the 2-3 day delivery I thought for sure it wouldn’t arrive before his party but Jesica did her magic and was able to get delivered that same day!! “We moved to Green Valley a couple years ago and had our blinds put in by Home Depot. We absolutely love them but we have high windows (these blinds open from the bottom or the top) and we could not open from the top down without a long pole and we had to do this in each room. This was not very convenient to have to go room to room to do this. My husband stopped at Home depot and talked to Olga who was unbelievably helpful!! She not only found a way to get our blinds replaced with the pull cords, she kept in touch with both my husband and I throughout the whole process (including letting us know there was a sale going on that would help and she didn't want us to miss that) Olga was amazing and hopefully is a very treasured employee of the Home Depot team!! I cannot say enough about her magnificent customer service!!!”
