I went to my go-to source for reliable automotive repair service information; AAA. I searched for the closest AAA approved auto repair facility and found Buck’s Automotive Service Center. By chance I had just read about Buck’s in the “Best of Tucson 2025” and I also read the many positive reviews Buck’s had on the web. I took my car to Buck’s this morning for a routine oil & filter service/general once over. Mike and his team were attentive, professional and focused on providing me with a clear explanation of what to expect. “Wow, these guys are the real deal! Not only did Dan's Toy Shop point out where another shop went wrong in fixing something, they also pointed out a couple other subtle things (felt during driving) that I also noticed but the Lexus dealership and another shop did not during a PPI. The difference in ride quality, after some repairs were done, was night and day (felt like a whole new car). I will be coming back!”

“Best mechanics is tucson I have one of those cars where it took a while to figure what was going on with her and she was there for months but I had faith in them. Just like I do with my car. I can't afford much because I'm the only one working and I have a mortgage to pay my husband is disabled but Chris has been my person through and through he knows I can't just go get new car he has worked with me through this all. They finally got her running normal. I thank all the guys thay had to put up with my car trying to figure out what's going on with her you guys all are a true blessing to me. I even tell my friends and family about them as well. And I'm telling you they are best in Tucson. So if anybody wants a true Mechanic take your car there because there the only place I trust and there prices are not bad. I will take my car there as long as I have her because I know the job will get done right. I can't express how happy I am with this place. I'm just happy my car is back home. “We’ve used Top Notch for 5 years after getting fed up with spending an hour at the dealer JUST trying to drop my truck off. They are always on time and as expected. If they notice something that needs attention they will notify me and allow me to decide if I want to have it addressed. When they do notice something they will also tell me if it’s a critical issue or maybe just something that, while not correct, may not be an issue that needs addressing right now. They’re good people.”

I already had a tire in mind that I like and Carl was quick to order it and set the appointment with no up-selling bull. Very good prices as well. Service was quick. Gave me a couple recommendations at the end that I had prior knowledge of (oil leak), and sent me on my way. I really like that they aren’t pushy, and I’d definitely trust sending my girlfriend here alone. You guys made a lifer out of me!”

“Do not hesitate to call these guys! I had a unique situation where I had TWO vehicles that needed batteries replaced on a record heat day. One was at my home and the other at a grocery store parking lot. When I first called about my situation I talked to Cody who was very nice and answered all my questions, and then I connected with Samer who was the Tech who came out to perform the replacements. On what would have been a frustrating day, these guys fixed my problems with no stress and now I just have a comedic story to tell. Samer was exceptional...he drove me between locations, made sure everything was running right and that I was satisfied with the replacement batteries and he was so kind, he kept trying to get me out of the heat while he performed the work. Amazing all around. Thank You!!!”
