Independent Volkswagen & Audi is a reliable and helpful repair shop. They are known for excellent communication, great workmanship, and very fair prices. The team is always kind, explains everything perfectly, and goes out of their way to resolve problems, even taking on jobs other shops will not. Customers report being fit in right away for last-minute needs and having their cars fixed correctly in a fair amount of time, often leaving with their vehicle in better condition. Many clients, impressed by the service and results, state they will be returning and recommend not wasting time shopping around elsewhere.
Great service! Quick repair turnaround, fair price and great communication.
