Was in “paint and refitting” for 3 extra weeks. Don’t expect updates on progress unless you call yourself and you may or may not get them to pick up. Ended up being there for over a month which ate up all rental allowance and incurred extra out of pocket costs. The repair job seems to be ok. Time will tell.

Repaired our Kia Soul after it was stolen. Top notch service from day one to the finished product. Jennifer wad great keeping us all up to date on progress and any changes. Worked well with our insurance company. Would recommend them to anyone that wants the job right with no headaches.
