“Service at Borst Automotive on Golf Links was super. I pre-scheduled to drop off my vehicle for 5000 mile routine service. At the last minute I decided to wait for it instead of dropping it off. I was told at that time it may take some time since it was scheduled for drop off. So I went to the waiting room expecting service to take at least 3 hours. Within 20 minutes I noticed my vehicle was in the service bay being serviced. As I watched the service tech I couldn't help notice how professional this guy was. Workspace was super clean and organized. I was out the door 90 minutes later which included a run through the car wash. Thanks Borst Team.”

Marcell, the mgr. in charge, was talking to an elderly Hispanic woman about the possibility of her sons putting an alternator in her car in their parking lot. She was in need and Marcell stepped up. “I ordered me some tires from this location everything from the ordering to the time they were received and the customer service it was above and beyond something that is hard to come by these days I would say that the company would be the reason for this review, it’s your employees That make companies last I want to give a shout out to Jose the front desk person that took my phone call to place the order. I ended up not being able to have the time due to work and my life schedule I picked up the tires, and although he could’ve charge me , he took the initiative to remind the customer automatically to deduct disposable fees as I was not getting my tires done there. The honesti is everything all days there’s not so much of that out there. I told the gentleman Jose, I do respect him for doing that and handling three other customers at once his people like him the grows and make businesses less I do appreciate shell, and thanks for making my experience at the store, you work at a friendly and honest business the people in tucson im sure appreciate you thanks again Jose .”

“At 74, and having close to 50 motor vehicles in my life, I have never experienced an auto repair shop even close to JayBees. I was driving our Ford F150 home from Port Townsend, WA, where I learned that we had a major repair needed to the engine. Luckily I came across JayBees website and was compelled to call. Lucky me, Shelly Maynard answers the phone and a real conversation takes place. Why is this point important? I’ll ask you the reader of this review, when is the last time you called any service business and experienced a person who was authentic and cared about why you were calling?I set an appointment a few days after I would return home to Tucson and explained that I had an extended warranty service I’d not used before. Shelly assured me that they work with the various companies often and that she would take the lead.JayBees Auto Service is owned and operated by women, and has been for several decades. It’s my opinion, that this is why it’s run and operated with such dignity. Every step of the way I was communicated with and advised about making decisions as the mechanic discovered a few additional issues.After less than a week, our truck was ready to be brought home. I had not met anyone in person yet, because we dropped it off the night before our appointment. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Jacqui Harry, and Shelly at the same time. “I took a vehicle here for a pre-purchase inspection. They got me right in and came back 15 minutes later to tell me about some serious issues they noticed right away. The owner said he could continue with the inspection if I wished, but based on the initial problems, he recommended against it as it would have involved serious engine diagnostics and could be very expensive. He refused to take any payment for giving it a look over.The vehicle seemed like it was in great condition, but upon taking it back to the car dealership, they admitted they were still diagnosing issues with it (which they did not tell me about prior to test driving). I am extremely appreciative of JT Auto for taking the time to explain the issues and prevent me from making a very costly mistake. I would not hesitate to take another vehicle here.Thanks again.”
