“Can't speak highly enough of this shop! Dealership said we needed new rear shocks and a brake job, and quoted us very high price for both. This shop replaced the shocks for a fraction of the price and told us the brakes still had plenty of life. They're very responsive and punctual, great experience all around.”

“I took my Mazda CX-50 here for a window tint and they did an amazing job! They got it done quickly and the work is incredibly clean. They use high-quality materials and I can feel the difference as soon as I got in my car and drove off. They were very accommodating when I decided to change the tint shade a day after because the back windshield was too dark for my eyes. Plus, they offer a lifetime warranty. I also referred my brother and they were able to schedule him the next day. 10/10 highly recommend!”

“The messed up pavement of the Tucson roads finally did a number on my car and I needed CV joints and an axle. My car has a special axle with an intermediate shaft so it was a kind of complicated repair and the charge was $1500 USD.
I brought the car here and they were a nice and professional and gave me an estimate and the work was completed on time. However, about two weeks after the repair I started to hear a noise from the front end again and after spending $1500 USD on the repair I decided to go back to the shop. They said there was some play in the parts they installed so they offered to put on OEM parts instead. There was considerable labor involved in redoing the repair, but they didn’t charge me. All they charge me was the price difference from the parts which they first installed to the OEM parts which went on the second time. It has been almost 3 months and the car is driving great with no noise from the front end with the OEM parts.
To me the measure of a good mechanic shop is when things start to go sideways. They treat the customer right they understand that you’re not gonna want to spend $1500 USD to completely redo the repair two weeks after it was originally done — so I was very impressed with how they handled a little bit complicated situation and I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Took my Crown Victoria here to get the A/C repaired and they did a fast (only took an afternoon!), fantastic job. They don’t try to upsell you or replace parts that don’t need replaced. I run my A/C almost constantly year round and it works great! Definitely recommend Kim and Jeff; they’re the best!”

“I was on a search for an auto repair shop, I thought I would give Import Service Center a try. I brought my Honda Ridgeline in for an oil change and differential fluid service. This place has an old school vibe which I like and was not overwhelmingly busy. Chris was the service advisor and he was polite and friendly. I was told it would take 1.5 to 2 hours and they were accurate. There are a couple small restaurants nearby if you need to kill some time while waiting. They sent me pictures of my dirty filters that needed to be changed. They make good suggestions and not pushy about future services. I have kept meticulous records on my truck and knew that my rear brakes are probably due to be replaced. They pointed out that my rear brakes are at 30% and I should consider replacing them the next time I come in for an oil change. I talked to one of their mechanics and he educated me on the sounds the brakes will make when they need to be replaced. The prices are really good in comparison to my former auto repair shop! A really nice touch that I appreciate is that they put my sunshade up in my window while my truck was sitting in the lot. They have earned my business on all of my vehicles. I highly recommend this place if you have a Japanese make of vehicle.”

“I am so impressed with this shop! My niece, who just moved to town to attend the U of A had her car's skid plate nearly pulled off by a pot hole. (we aren't entirely sure). Nihoto helped her bend it back and sent her on her way! She was so scared her first week in town was going to super expensive. She was charged very little, and the shop was so kind. I will be taking my Toyota here from now on!”
“I have a ‘95 F-250 that I have owned for more than 30 years. I have done the regular maintenance myself. Now I’m just too old to do it myself. Started having problems with the brakes causing the truck to shake and shimmy. Took it in to Monsoon on Pantano. They inspected the front brakes (okay) and replaced the drums and shoes on the rear. When I drove it away I could tell something was not right. But when I drove it on a trip up north it was worse than ever. Once I got back I took it back in to them. They warranted the rear brake job they had previously done. And replaced all new parts. They diagnosed the main issue with the master cylinder. Replaced front brakes, all new brake lines, new master cylinder, new rotors and pads. I am a very happy customer now! My truck’s brake problems are fixed! Thank you Marcus and the rest of your team.”

“My fiancé and I called Ed Taylor's Auto Clinic in a ditch effort to find a mechanic to look at a newly purchased used car I bought while visiting my brother in Tucson. The car I bought had its engine light turn on and started to chug very hard. Late in the day when we called, we were beyond happy to hear a pleasant voice that said they could take us in and inspect the car.
Lonni was the mechanic who answered our call and inspected the car. Upon arrival, Lonni took roughly 25-30 minutes to run tests on the car. When done, I was expecting to hear a list of problems that needed to be fixed. Much to my happy surprise, in that time, Lonnie not only correctly dignosed the problem with the car, he, in turn, had also fixed the two issues causing the major chugging and the engine light to come on.
In a time of panic and much distress, we couldn't have been more lucky to find this shop with the services provided and mechanics provided. In an industry with much distrust and fear of bad mechanics, Lonni and Ed Taylor bailed us out of a scary and bad situation and for a modest fee of services.
If we lived in Tucson, Ed Taylor and Lonni without a question of a doubt would be our go-to mechanic and shop after this experience. How incredible it is to be so lucky to find the best mechanic in town of a rush ditch effort for help.
