“This is my favorite location to go to. My packages usually start tracking within hours and everyone who has helped me has been kind, professional and helpful. Especially Bea!
It bums me out to see negative reviews which clearly are coming from people who don’t understand how to postal system works and need to be more self sufficient and educated on shipping their things and having the proper supplies to do so.”

“This is a wonderful, fuss free postal service located in the hallmark store. I’m a professional artist and have mailed my pieces from this location multiple times. Never have had any issues, things go out in a timely manner, etc. people, you seriously need to read or research before slamming this place. It’s not a full fledged postal office. You can send stuff out, get boxes, and so on. It serves the purpose it needs to!”

“When staying in Tucson, we picked this post office because it was one of the few with great reviews. Unfortunately their hours are very limited - only 11-1 on Monday-Friday. We left a scannable package in the outside box and it did not get scanned when the box was emptied. However, when we went back today to make sure it had actually gotten picked up from the box, the staff person was very friendly and helpful. (Apparently she is the normal staff person but was not working the day our package was not scanned.)”

“Thank Goodness Julie is there to help people. This young lady gave me 5 minutes of her time and solved my seven day overdue package dilemma. She took the time to listen to my issue and walked to the back to find my package. It was nearly getting ready to be shipped back to the UK after DHL placed the wrong zip code delivery destination. I really needed the package to get my car up and running again. I can't thank her enough. Oh and a side note, she also helped my wife out about a week and a half earlier when we informed her the general delivery box on the Air Force base wasn't receiving our mail. She got us set up with a post office box there until our house gets built. Thank you so much!!!”
“This location has a self-serve shipping kiosk and bin for package drop-off. It has ample parking and is conveniently located. This location is a great option if you just need to drop off prepaid packages. There is usually a line for the cashier if you arrive within 30 minutes of closing.”

“A package I ordered got re routed and I had to pick it up from the pantano usps. I also needed to do an in-person identity verification so I could change my address. I expected the process to be extremely long and tedious and wasn’t looking forward to it. The clerk who helped me, Steven, made the experience a breeze. I was in and out in no time.”
“I have only had great experiences here at this post office. So much good vibes that I now have went ahead and have a PO Box here now. It is safer getting my mail here than at my mail box in front of my house...

“The Speedway Blvd. Post Office is top notch ! The employees there are so positive, helpful and friendly. These employees take pride in their work, smile and take a proprietary interest in helping me every time I go there. Such awesome employees, so wonderful !!!!”
“The agent that assisted me was very kind and friendly and courteous the inside of the location was spotless no lines quick service in and out of course on the outside you will find a very large parking lot that affords room for I'm assuming a large crowd of customers and 6-8 disabled parking spots, along with three easy-to-access deposit mailboxes”

“I came in near closing and didn’t realize I didn’t have a QR code for one of my packages to print the label. The woman (I didn’t get her name) allowed me to email the label to her coworker Frank and he was able to print the label for me, taking them a bit past closing time. It was super appreciated as I’m here on holidays and don’t have access to a vehicle to come back the next day or after the weekend. Everyone was super friendly and helpful”
