“Great experience we have moved homes so I bring stuff here regularly and Nate is always in such a great mood, helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of! Thank you good will and Nate for taking care of your community!”
“I would just like to praise your associate John Gladden. My 94 year old mother came into the store to do some Christmas shopping for the grandkids and this gentleman kindly pushed her cart while she picked out different articles of clothing. He even went to far as to put on some of the clothes to model them for her. This man deserves a raise and promotion immediately.”
“This place 25 years ago helped me in so many ways. I appreciate the work they do! God willing, someday I can return the favor with a blessing for this organization. Donate and help...I promise ❤️ it goes to the kids who need it!”
“I just wanted to say that the people that work at this non-profit a wonderful. They are all kind ,courteous, helpful ,efficient and giving up their time! This is a fantastic organization. The products they give us are good and helpful and a great value for very little money. A heartfelt thank you for all you do.”
“Viva Pima is such a meaningful place to support. They are helping so many schools, partnering with many organizations, and sometimes reusing equipment from closed stores to create a great thrift store for the community. I’m hoping to start volunteering here soon, and I can tell how much care goes into what they do. Shopping here feels good because I know my money is supporting a real cause.”
“Went there yesterday so much stuff. It reminds me when I was a kid going with my mom. Helpful staff perfect day lots of memories. Bought a few things was there for a hour.”

“I've been coming to this store for 6 years and I must say it has changed for the
"GOOD". This year I have seen this store standout . The racks are full as well as the entire store. The staff makes you feel comfortable no matter how long your shopping. And they announce what tag is half off as well as other discounts for customers. Again I thank the entire staff for great experiences when I come in this Goodwill store. If you want a great shopping experience come to this Goodwill

The staff are amazing and I always find them friendly and helpful whenever I’m shopping or browsing for something new and useful!
I give them a thumbs up on customer service!”
“The workers are very kind and helpful, and they have lots of cool furniture. We found the perfect dresser for our bedroom and love digging through the secondhand clothes. Super easy to donate and I feel like my nicer used stuff is going to a good cause.”
“I highly recommend visiting this store!
The staff is kind and so helpful. The store carries a very wide variety of household goods: clothing, furniture, dishes, tools and more. They even have a market to sell discounted food items.
Plus, you can donate and shop there knowing that you are helping others by supporting the Miracle Center and Gap Ministries.
I cannot say enough positive things about this place.”

“This is by far my favorite thrift store I’ve ever been to, there’s always gems to find here! It’s nice to have a place to get good clothes for cheap (living as a broke disabled woman). I also appreciate this store’s mission when it comes to mental health ❤️”
“Always something there we can use.We buy to resale as our business. The ladies are always helpful and friendly including the store manager. Great place to find good used items and goes to a good cause .check it out!”
“First time at this location and was a little confused about what the process was. The gentleman working was busy loading a truck, but took the time to friendly acknowledge us and tell us where to drop our donations. Super quick and breezy process!”
“Super nice and cozy little store! They have great prices and a wide variety of items to select from. The staff there, particularly Adria the new employee, is very sweet. I highly recommend checking this place out!”
“Incredible store! Organized, large, fair prices, vast selection of merchandise that ranges from clothing and accessories to antique furniture. The work they do to ensure donations are sent to the right sources is immense, nothing is thrown away, everything has a purpose, or is passed on so it can be used. They use their space and donations to benefit other local nonprofits as well.”
“This is a great Goodwill. I have found treasures including a handmade quilt and a Navajo pot signed by an artist whose work is in the Smithsonian. Thrifting is an art!”
“If you’re into vintage hunting and don’t mind putting in a little effort to find a gem, Generation Cool is definitely your kind of spot.
First off—this place is a little tricky to find, so keep your eyes peeled. Once you’re inside though, it totally delivers on the vibe. Think curated vintage meets treasure hunt. It leans more on the pricier side for thrifting, but you can tell a lot of the pieces are intentionally selected and very on-trend right now.
Where this place really shines? The t-shirt situation. It’s basically a massive tee lover’s playground. Bins and racks full of vintage graphics—you could easily walk out with a full haul if you’re willing to dig a bit.
I also loved the unexpected retro toy selection. We’re talking He-Man, Ninja Turtles, and all kinds of nostalgic throwbacks that make the space feel fun and not just fashion-focused.
Pricing-wise, yeah—it’s a little high for thrift, but they do have some $5 bins that are worth flipping through if you’re in the mood to hunt for a deal.
Overall, it’s one of those places where you will find something. It just depends on how much you’re willing to spend and how deep you want to dig. I’d definitely come back.”
“What kind I say and where do I start...? Well these people have saved my life and I would have been dead or on the streets if it wasn't for these staff taking the time to do what they did and I am grateful. Thank you guys for that and the wonderful memories ??”
“The owner Phil of the Veterans Housing Agency happened to be there when I brought in a donation for the Store, He and his Assistant Nicole were very nice and professional. Thank you for your kind words and thanks for the great work you do , as it makes a great impact on our community.”
“The Salvation Army Hospitality House and Church has been such a Blessing to Me. I became a Soldier to give back to this Wonderful Organization. The General I met at my Graduation remembered my letter to him and sent an Officer to listen to my Concerns. I want to dedicate my life as a Officer but there was a age limit that I didn't know about. But I'm still fighting to serve this Beautiful Organization as a Senior Citizen desiring to become an officer. My Major Andreas and his dedicated supportive wife. Both show the love of Jesus Christ. During the restructuring many Officers and their families were relocated but I Thank Our Heavenly Father GOD for sending to us Major Andreas because I can feel the love of Jesus Christ shining through of his love to All Of Mankind.
Then as GOD transition me here to Tucson another Manager Mr Steve showed me the true love of Jesus Christ as I wiped down 50 plus tables about 200 chairs restocked and set up for each next meal. These are the kind souls that at least took the time to say Thank you. The Best Volunteer Coordinator who blessed me to sign up is there. Best trainer is Mrs. Cynthia, best Cook
Mrs. Dee. Now I am going to a Church that I love that loves me, with all races of people, My Mexican families, and my so loved Korean families All One Nation under GOD. My Dearest General thank you for checking on my request to become a Officer.
Look for My letter. Now that's what you call a Great Commander that remembers his little Soldier. Amen”

“This is where I bring my things from new items and used items that I was able to donate. Plus, tax slips it’s a must have when you need to deduct your taxes ?I gave away so much here because I believe in helping others. It’s close enough to a lot of good places to eat, and star bucks across the street as well as your USPS. Good service good place to donate only good items. There are lists of things you can look at or call them before donating your belongings.”
“I love donating to the goodwill. They always help unload, they are very friendly, and I like supporting the community. Thank you goodwill and employees for your service!”

“No complains with the store itself.
The facility is always clean and well stocked. The staff is always friendly and helpful, pleasant, personable and professional.
I personally don't care for the entry and exit of this property. Currently offering only one way in & out forcing you to exit onto southbound Houghton to the road to nowhere. Hopefully as further development occurs this will improve.”
“This thrift store is very clean and well organized. Their prices are fair and the staff are very helpul. Compared to many around town it's a very easy and comfortable shopping experience.”
