“I’ve been coming here for a while now, usually wandering in during my lunch breaks and completely losing track of time looking through all the different spaces. So many cool antiques and random finds, and I’ve definitely spent many a penny digging through vinyl from the different vendors. It’s spacious and one of those places where you never know what you’re going to find. Definitely a go-to for unique gifts too. The funniest part is I had been coming here for months, exploring the main level, and somehow had no idea there was a whole basement!! 😂 Once I finally discovered it, it was like a whole new world opened up with even more rooms and stuff to dig through. Such a fun place to wander around, explore, and find things you didn’t even know you needed. One of my favorite spots!”

“The BEST antique store in Tucson! I recently visited Tucson, and we went to all of the antique and thrift stores that we could find, we enjoyed this one the most. This store actually has vintage and antique things, (unlike many other stores in the area), and reasonable pricing too. It's well laid out, organized, and fun to browse. The staff is absolutely wonderful as well, with the checkout process being very quick and pleasant. I would definitely visit again if in the area, and recommend that others check it out as well.”

“Just came into the store and purchased a painting and we're going to purchase a book shelf but ended up just getting the painting. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. They also seem to do a lot for the community as there was a sign for produce and free bread families can take.

“I went to Tucson for the Indigo Girls show on May 16th, and managed to break the strap on my sandals, so had very limited options to get new shoes in time for the show. Vitnage was the closest, and they set me up with some awesome Official UA Ladies Softball Team Nikes, and threw the socks in for free!”

“New location for me. I always go to the smaller location on Grant. This is bigger and has a better variety of merchandise. Found some cool stuff at a great price. The clothing was too confusing to look through in the short time I had. It doesn't seem like the sizes are in any kind of order, and I hate the color coordinating. Just put clothing by size. So much easier to look for what I want. That's my only complaint though. Clean store, nice people.”
“Had an amazing time here today! Very unassuming from the outside, but well organized and clean inside. I enjoyed the colorful signage of the different departments. Not something you see very often at Restores, but I thought it added to the charm. Prices are better than other places in the area. Or at worst, competitively priced. Also the lovely lady at the checkout counter was very welcoming, helpful and sweet! Even took the time to compliment my nails. I can't wait to revisit this lovely store!”

The maternity section is a nightmare. All the pants are stacked in big piles on the floor. How is a pregnant woman supposed to get on the floor and dig around through that? And no place to try on clothes and you can't return clothes, only have 7 days to get store credit. Big gamble.”

“As opposed to others’ bad experiences, I actually had a great experience selling here. Arrived when they opened on a weekday, and the two girls that helped me were very kind. Waited 40 minutes as was told to be expected. Out of the 15-20 items I brought, they offered to buy 4. I was just happy to hear they wanted anything after not getting my hopes up from the other reviews. My rating is five stars due to the pleasant experience with customer service I had and that I ended up walking away with more than I expected (what I expected was nothing).
Note: What surprised me was that the items they bought weren’t the brand new clothes with tags still on, but the Hollister dress from 2012 I had lightly worn, among other older items I kept in great condition. My suggestion to other sellers is, just bring what you have as long as it’s new or lightly worn, as you never know what they’re looking for at that moment in time. I could have taken my leftover clothes across town to another location but just dropped them at Goodwill.
I would definitely come back to this location again in the future if I dig out more clothes I want to sell!”
