Kathy is an outstanding sales representative. Has amazing customer service and is always there to help the customer with any issues we might have. You really don't see people like her anymore and we truly appreciate the help she's been to us.

Kathy did an amazing job. I came in ready to throw my phone away since it had a lot of cleaning apps and made it impossible to use my phone. Kathy knew exactly what to do and took care of it. I'll will definitely be back to upgrade my phone soon.
