“My fiber line was cut by a neighbor yesterday and I lost connection, when I reached out to Wyyerd they took action, they sent out a whole team to get me back up and running, even had management come out to educate my neighbor on how he went wrong by doing work and wanting to relocate the internet box and how that was a big NO. In all honesty not even COX when I previously reached out for issues responded that quickly, or sent out a whole team to fix my issues. I am happy to be a customer and thank you for yesterday's help. “I had Century Link for many years but after 6 days of no internet, TV, and landline service, and no communication from them except repeated missed deadlines, I ventured into T-Mobile.

“I was having a difficult time within the last 4 days of making calls due to not updating my software which I was not aware of moving forward. I called customer services with Boost Mobile and this issue was not resolved. I went to Boost Mobile on Olive and 51st Ave in Glendale and the employee by the name of Ash was able to come to a solution. He was very friendly, and understood all my concerns. Thanks to Ash I will remain a Boost Mobile customer.”

He solved my issue so fast, was so kind and personable, anticipated my questions. As far as customer service goes these days, he knocked it out of the park with doing the little things. Next time I need a physical store, this is the one I'm going to.”
