“This is a very well maintained hotel. It overmet my expectations. Cheap, clean, and free breakfast that you cannot beat anywhere. The breakfast was a good variety. The staff and lady that takes care of the breakfast was very nice and friendly. The pool was small but very clean. The rooms were very clean and cold. “We chose this for a staycation over the fourth of july. They had a show poolside, character breakfast on Saturdays and other events. Rooms and resort were clean and beautiful. There are a couple places to eat right on the resort, poolside service, courts, golf, a gym and other amenities. Awesome pool for everyone. Can't wait to go again!”

“Police presence is heavy. Not a good thing because they look for people to stop in the Westgate area for sure and search or stop for suspension. Also is in between area of desert diamond casino and Westgate. VERY GOOD location GM and staff are wonderful but tow trucks constantly patrol parking lot of private hotel property in lieu of not being able to tow in other lots or gated living areas. Overall terrific stay.”
“Located on the Westgate property adjacent to the Tanger outlets and right next door to the Renaissance hotel and conference center. This is my 3rd Tru and I love them all. This location was clean and comfortable. Room was nice. Tru is not the 4 seasons but if you want a great hotel based upon pragmatic principals and not flashiness, this is your place.
Rooms: Rooms are neat and clean. Not too big and not too small. Nicely decorated and set up.”

“We had a good experience. However, some little things could be e been much better. The hope breakfast was good, but the second room breakfast was really poor. The oatmeal was really runny, and the waffle batter was out. Just a very lackluster attempt at customer service.
Rooms: The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The only negative was that the couch bed was broken, so we had to change rooms.”

“Clean and nice helpful staff. The pool
was nice. Quiet location close to the amphitheater which is why we stayed here. It was a good choice for me and my daughter. We felt comfortable and safe (they have security guards monitoring the premises) the entire stay and we stayed for 5 days :) the continental breakfast was good eggs bacon waffles toast cereal juices it was a good starter breakfast and clean dining area. The staff was constantly checking for food supplies to be stocked and keeping the area clean. They must have good management because the staff seem happy and they are all nice and helpful. A full team of housekeepers every Morning. The place is a nice choice of you need to stay in this area for a show or whatever else there is to do here. Lots of shopping centers close by within a 3 mile radius. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks for the hospitality :)”

“This place is a gem. Up until last week the breakfast was superb.
They had eggwhite omelets great potatoes.
So, I went back again this week and I guess the bean counters struck.
No more omelets, and prison dry potatoes, all in the space of a week.
They went from "a cut above" to "the same old" too bad.
Overall still a great place to stay.

She's friendly, a hard worker, and overall an amazing employee!When you come down for breakfast, they will make sure you have what you need! “Greatest resort. Ample parking and near all shopping you need. Clothing, food, sports things, attractions, water Splash parks for kids, etc. The resort have great pools, hot tub, and spa. Walking trails both on-site and close by in the mountains. Great choice if discounted trips to local attractions too.

“We have been staying at this location for at least the past 10 years, every time we work at Palo Verde power plant for an outage. We will always choose this hotel because we love it. Friendly service, spacious rooms, nice kitchenettes and well maintained, located in the ever-expanding Goodyear area.
A few things I would like to see improvements on in the future:
1. Better maintained swimming pool and fix the hot tub.
2. I was always under the impression that the blue can in the room was for recyclables, and the white can for other trash. However, my roommate claims he saw that housekeeping just dumps both cans into the same big trash bag. If this is true, I would like to see that change. I don’t know if Goodyear just doesn’t have a good recycling program, or if it is a management decision, or if my friend mistook what he saw.
Other than that, I hope this location continues to be an option for us during future PV outages.”

“I absolutely love this hotel, my latest room was nice and clean for the most part, the employees were pretty nice, but there were a couple of carefree ones. I highly recommend building 8, you might not get the best how often the pool, but it is a great building. Now the pool, don't get me started, that pool is huge!!! The pool features, a whirlpool, a huge waterslide, and a walk in slope from 0 ft to 3 ft deep, with the deepest being 4.5 ft deep. The pool is open from 8am to 10pm with the water slide open from 10 am to 6pm, there is a food truck and a grassy area for food and drinks, highly recommend the strawberry slush and the coco colada. Fries from there are HUGE and you can easily feed two people on one order of fries. It's really hot there, so be sure to bring sunscreen. There is also an activities booth over in the grassy area, check every so often for things like snow cones, movie night in the pool, karaoke, contests and more! Overall a really fun experience.”

“You guys I gave you three stars on location cuz you can't help your location and you can't help that you can't get off the freeway at 51st avenue however I have to tell you your front desk person Gladys is amazing she excels in customer service and hospitality and empathy if I own a business I would hire her in a heartbeat. And back to the location thing I recently stated i-17 and Bell again they can't help the surroundings that they're in but they treated every guess like they were you know the homeless people out there when you know I'm just I want to staycation my boyfriend lives down here and I travel back and forth but I was not treated that way here at all Gladys was amazing and I didn't get the gal's name it was doing rooms yesterday she had short blonde hair tall very very very very nice I wish I would have gotten her name as well.Safety: I noticed you had security in your parking lot that was awesome”

“We drove from Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, and Arizona to get to our destination which is California. The hotel was very nice and close to my niece who lives in Surprise, AZ. The main thing that we were able to stay there because we had our dog with us. They also had a breakfast for us. Will stay in the future with them again.
Rooms: Nice having a king size bed and nice bathroom. Didn't use the microwave but did use the refrigerator. Had lots of outlet for our tablets.”

Rooms: So spacious with a great little kitchen with large fridge and stove. Coffee in room and ice maker as well. The best is the comfortable beds
Nearby activities: Perfect area for all that Phoenix Valley has to offer: NASCAR, The Az Cardinals, Spring Training and it’s located right off the freeway
Safety: Well lit parking, great area and easy to get in and out.
Walkability: This facility is next to Dutchbros and several other food establishments.
Noteworthy details: The staff is so amazing and make your stay perfect. They made our girls and us feel right at home”
