“We chose this for a staycation over the fourth of july. They had a show poolside, character breakfast on Saturdays and other events. Rooms and resort were clean and beautiful. There are a couple places to eat right on the resort, poolside service, courts, golf, a gym and other amenities. Awesome pool for everyone. Can't wait to go again!”

“Great hotel right in the heart of the Sports and entertainment district. There are tons or great restaurants near by, our family dined at Cracker Barrel, Texas Roadhouse and Bruster's Ice Cream while there. All within the hotel's free 2 mile radius shuttle service that will take you anywhere and bring you back. They also have coupons for 10% off at Texas Roadhouse and other surrounding restaurants. Bass Pro shop is right across the street, the Cardinals stadium is only a couple miles away and Top Golf is close by too. Our room had a separate bedroom from the main suite room, a full kitchen with sink, dishes, dishwasher, electric stove top, and full size fridge/freezer, free WiFi. The pool is VERY large, if not, the biggest hotel pool in the area complete with waterfall, large jacuzzi/hot tub, cozy cabanas, towel service, and fire pit for night time. The staff was extremely helpful and insightful. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. We'll DEFINITELY be back.”

“I stayed 10 days and had a great experience, nice clean rooms and accommodating and friendly staff. Shout out to Alex and Richard they went out of thier way to help me and accommodate any request I had. Coffee tasted good and not watered down like some other hotels. Tons of restaurants and entertainment but the closest store for simple necessities is a $10 Uber drive away or about 10 minutes down the road. Tru also has free laundry machines which was so helpful for my 10 day business trip.”

“We stayed here for one night, and the breakfast was included, and the location was convenient and great. However, perhaps because the hotel is very old, there was absolutely no soundproofing, so we could hear all the noise from the next room while we were sleeping at night. Also, the layout of the room was very unique and memorable.”
“Location was great. Rooms were clean. Hotel is not the newest and sleekest but clean. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast wasn’t huge and selection was limited, but was able to get a full belly before tournament. Walls are thin and could hear outside noise. Price was affordable and for that price, the stay was worth it, IMO.”

was nice. Quiet location close to the amphitheater which is why we stayed here. It was a good choice for me and my daughter. We felt comfortable and safe (they have security guards monitoring the premises) the entire stay and we stayed for 5 days :) the continental breakfast was good eggs bacon waffles toast cereal juices it was a good starter breakfast and clean dining area. The staff was constantly checking for food supplies to be stocked and keeping the area clean. They must have good management because the staff seem happy and they are all nice and helpful. A full team of housekeepers every Morning. The place is a nice choice of you need to stay in this area for a show or whatever else there is to do here. Lots of shopping centers close by within a 3 mile radius. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks for the hospitality :)”

I appreciated the coffee in the lobby being left out until close to noon. I had a very lovely interaction with a woman on the cleaning staff who made my day with a compliment. “I absolutely love this hotel, my latest room was nice and clean for the most part, the employees were pretty nice, but there were a couple of carefree ones. I highly recommend building 8, you might not get the best how often the pool, but it is a great building. Now the pool, don't get me started, that pool is huge!!! The pool features, a whirlpool, a huge waterslide, and a walk in slope from 0 ft to 3 ft deep, with the deepest being 4.5 ft deep. The pool is open from 8am to 10pm with the water slide open from 10 am to 6pm, there is a food truck and a grassy area for food and drinks, highly recommend the strawberry slush and the coco colada. Fries from there are HUGE and you can easily feed two people on one order of fries. It's really hot there, so be sure to bring sunscreen. There is also an activities booth over in the grassy area, check every so often for things like snow cones, movie night in the pool, karaoke, contests and more! Overall a really fun experience.”

“We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend. We had an event at State Farm Stadium and it was the perfect location. There is SO much to do within walking distance of this hotel. Our room was large and spacious, clean and modern. We had the King Room with sofa bed. Plenty of room for three women to get ready, and store all of our necessities. Raeven checked us in and was super sweet. She made sure we had everything we needed and gave us some requested info on the area. The breakfast was a great start for a quick bite in the morning, the gym had plenty of equipment to get a great workout and the pool was in the sun and had plenty of seating. I would absolutely stay here again.”

“What you would expect from a 2-star for budget friendly/good value. I will say the staff is outstanding. Friendly attentive customer care. They will happily exchange your quarters for laundry. They also brought deliveries to our door which is unheard of in extended stays! Very helpful staff! The scenery isn’t anything spectacular but the location is close to everything. Not really a nice walkable area but gets to the point. The housekeeping is very kind and the tiny kitchenette does come fully stocked with a larger fridge. The closet space is very roomy and the layout is a good use of the small space. The jacuzzi hot tub outdoors was great to have with plenty of towels. I would have to knock off stars for the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms. I had to rewash all the dishes and clean inside the drawers and hair in bathtub. There were many stains, tears and rips throughout the hotel. Seemed as thought the gym was the cleanest part of the hotel. The outdoor areas were covered in cigarette butts and ash and the common areas weren’t very conducive.”

“Stayed at this Hampton Inn for over a week. Big plus was this hotel allows dogs, very thankful for that! Also the complimentary breakfast was a huge bonus, giving a wide array of breakfast options made by a wonderful cook named “Q” for short. The cleaning staff were also a gem and available to help at all times it seemed. I recommend staying here, great location next to many restaurants. If you’re looking for quiet don’t stay on side facing the pool on the weekends.”

“The room was what we expected. The wifi was weak & spotty at times but not a major problem. The staff were great doing everything in their power to remedy our broken frig problem although it still took 3 days for fridge to be replaced but not staff's fault. There was also an issue with one of our neighbors mental health that had him screaming most nights for most of the night. My bad for not complaining right away but when I finally did Kathy managed to get him to be quieter our last night. Apparently he's stayed there before & him having a place to stay is a complex issue i wont judge here. Overall it was what we expected as far as the room, but again would like to say the staff was great especially Kathy. If you're in between houses like we were (we stayed 2 weeks at what I think was a good price comparatively) or need to stay somewhere for more than just a few days you might spend in another hotel, this is a good option. Nothing fancy but a pretty good price for a more long term stay with a great staff. Also a lot of great places to eat nearby with several places to shop too.”

“You guys I gave you three stars on location cuz you can't help your location and you can't help that you can't get off the freeway at 51st avenue however I have to tell you your front desk person Gladys is amazing she excels in customer service and hospitality and empathy if I own a business I would hire her in a heartbeat. And back to the location thing I recently stated i-17 and Bell again they can't help the surroundings that they're in but they treated every guess like they were you know the homeless people out there when you know I'm just I want to staycation my boyfriend lives down here and I travel back and forth but I was not treated that way here at all Gladys was amazing and I didn't get the gal's name it was doing rooms yesterday she had short blonde hair tall very very very very nice I wish I would have gotten her name as well.Safety: I noticed you had security in your parking lot that was awesome”
