“If you get the chance, ask for Oscar. While everyone there were exemplary employees, Oscar went above and beyond to help us prank my son for Christmas. Oscar has changed my view of salesmen. He’s old enough to clearly have pride in his store as well as his product, yet young enough to understand what the younger generation likes in a phone. He’s just about as far away from being rude and impersonal as an individual can be.
This store, the employees and the company as a whole, are miles ahead of T-Mobile’s customer service. I wish I’d switched over sooner. If AT&T doesn’t embrace this gentleman’s work ethics, another company will.”

Aby fixed my phone in a few hours and she even stayed late just to make sure I had it back at the end of the day. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful at the drop off. “A few weeks ago my husbands phone all of a sudden wanted a password when initially my husband never set one up. After searching various uTube clips we just could not figure this problem out. I suggested we go to Cellairis inside Walmart in Surprise due to I myself had a great experience with them on another issue in the past.We met Miko who was a godsend! “My son who receives Social Security once a month went to pay his Cricket phone bill today and accidentally left his white envelope from the bank with his money on their counter. My son was frantic not knowing if someone found it and would keep it. I called the cricket store and spoke with Julia and she said she found it and kept it under the counter. I am so grateful for her honesty. I commend her for doing the right thing and also the Cricket store for hiring honest staff. My son caught the bus back and picked up all of his money. God is good. “The staff were friendly and professional. I’ve had some bad experiences when having to go into a Verizon store and was totally prepared for my experience at this store to be the same. I was very surprised and how helpful the staff were and I did feel like they helped me maximize my savings on a new device. The only issue which I’ve experienced was that I set up an appointment online and received a text saying that my appointment was scheduled. When I arrived at the store they didn’t have an appointment scheduled for me and I had to wait to get helped.”

“I have visited this location many times and just never really thought to leave a review, so Im doing so now.
I pre-ordered my wife and sons phones when the S24 series came out, and the boxes showed up soaking wet as if FedEx left the box outside in the rain or something. Even though that was a fedex problem, not an AT&T problem, they helped me out very quickly and were very empathetic about it. Since then, I have come to this location frequently when I need something.
I have probably dealt with just about everybody here. Ron is awesome, Jay is awesome, Mike, Jon, Chris, Irving... everybody I deal with at this store is fun, funny, respectful, professional. It's always a quick addressing of my need or question, but a fun visit.
I recommend this store to anybody who has a great sense of humor and needs experienced people who know what their doing.”
