Had a little mixup with one of the phones we shipped out n Christian stayed after closing working on the issue and Austin completed the transaction the following day. “A few weeks ago my husbands phone all of a sudden wanted a password when initially my husband never set one up. After searching various uTube clips we just could not figure this problem out. I suggested we go to Cellairis inside Walmart in Surprise due to I myself had a great experience with them on another issue in the past.We met Miko who was a godsend! After explaining our problem with the phone and to make a long story short he was able to perform a factory reset and VOILA problem solved! Thanks Miko and God Bless You!”

She recommended some other services provided thru our Verizon insurance and I took full advantage of the offers. She was easy to communicate with me and fully explained what needed to be done and repair was completed over night. Ready to go the next morning. Best customer service I have received in years! “My son who receives Social Security once a month went to pay his Cricket phone bill today and accidentally left his white envelope from the bank with his money on their counter. My son was frantic not knowing if someone found it and would keep it. I called the cricket store and spoke with Julia and she said she found it and kept it under the counter. I am so grateful for her honesty. I commend her for doing the right thing and also the Cricket store for hiring honest staff. My son caught the bus back and picked up all of his money. God is good. “Great experience. I had an older 12" MacBook that wasn't working. I brought it in along with a new motherboard. The staff installed the motherboard and a clean version of MacOS. The MacBook works great and I'm very happy with the results and the experience.

“The staff were friendly and professional. I’ve had some bad experiences when having to go into a Verizon store and was totally prepared for my experience at this store to be the same. I was very surprised and how helpful the staff were and I did feel like they helped me maximize my savings on a new device. The only issue which I’ve experienced was that I set up an appointment online and received a text saying that my appointment was scheduled. When I arrived at the store they didn’t have an appointment scheduled for me and I had to wait to get helped.”
